This company deals with very personal and often embarrassing needs. I was so pleased at how Heather took such compassionate care of me, and saw to it that the items I mis-ordered were corrected. She treated me like she'd treat her own mother or grandmother. You're a treasured customer from the get-go!

This level of care is getting very hard to find! And her husband is equally kind to male customers. This sweet couple are expecting a new baby very soon and it couldn't happen to nicer people.

Con - Be certain you know the exact product you need. Let's be real... buying incontinence products online can be tricky, especially if you have never ordered them before. LL Medico's customer service wanted to charge me $19 for shipping to return a purchase even though I offered to exchange for a different product. Instead of dealing with them, I donated the unused, unopened packs of adult briefs to a local charity. I now buy online from Carewell which has a consumer friendly return policy and better professional customer service. I was a bit skeptical about using LL Medico in the first place and will never buy from them again. I learned my lesson, Carewell is much better as they understand consumer needs.

I buy batteries in bulk. We go through them so fast between flashlights for our camper, tens units, clocks etc. I just order and they arrive quickly.

I purchased a coup[le of pairs of high backed plastic pants, which I am very pleased with, they very comfortable and effective and have certainly reduced the washing load for bedding. The only downside is that living in the UK it not only took about two and a half weeks for them to arrive but I had to pay additional import taxes, which made them rather expensive what with the postage and packing.

I have had a long-term need for supplies for my mother and LLMedico has fulfilled my every request. With discounts, "LLBucks", and Free Shipping, they have made my purchases affordable. In October I ordered the wrong type of products for my mom. Heather at LL Medico was very helpful in figuring this out and arranged to have the two boxes of the incorrect products picked up and returned to LL Medico for a credit, and at the company's expense. However, they only picked up one box for return. I still have the second box waiting. I have been busy and keep forgetting to follow up on this, but I still need a pick up and complete credit!

Package arrived torn open. LL Medico responded that this just happens sometimes when companies ship items. They asked if I wanted a replacement item. I said yes, but they never sent one.

LL Medico has an excellent variety of products, which are priced very competitively. Shipping is very quick. I like their LL Bucks program, it helps to save money.

The Gary pants are very comfortable and secure. I never worry about them leaking even when I sleep in them all night.

The prices are good and the shipping is fast. I genuinely like the company. But wow do they need to take discretion more seriously. My order showed up in a factory box, clearly labeled all over on the outside. If that wasn't clue enough, the hand holes popped in the sides were perfectly placed to showcase a picture of a brief from the bags inside. I guess everyone in my apartment building's mailroom knows my medical biz now from the looks they gave me when I picked it up. Thanks for that.
