I am a long time customer who has automatic shipping. My order has always been correct and exactly on time. I wont shop anywhere else.
Pro - Delivery was fairly prompt.
Con - Be certain you know the exact product you need. Let's be real... buying incontinence products online can be tricky, especially if you have never ordered them before. LL Medico's customer service wanted to charge me $19 for shipping to return a purchase even though I offered to exchange for a different product. Instead of dealing with them, I donated the unused, unopened packs of adult briefs to a local charity. I now buy online from Carewell which has a consumer friendly return policy and better professional customer service. I was a bit skeptical about using LL Medico in the first place and will never buy from them again. I learned my lesson, Carewell is much better as they understand consumer needs.
The prices are good and the shipping is fast. I genuinely like the company. But wow do they need to take discretion more seriously. My order showed up in a factory box, clearly labeled all over on the outside. If that wasn't clue enough, the hand holes popped in the sides were perfectly placed to showcase a picture of a brief from the bags inside. I guess everyone in my apartment building's mailroom knows my medical biz now from the looks they gave me when I picked it up. Thanks for that.

I have ordered from LL Medico on a few other occasions, and I've never had any problems. Everything I have ordered was just as described on the website. And every time the items arrived on the day or before the day I was expecting to receive it. So I would recommend this site to anyone, and I'll use them again for sure.
My review is about their customer service. They go above and beyond I've never had a company pay so much attention to my orders. Above and beyond still does not rate them high enough they're way beyond that I appreciate them so much.
This company deals with very personal and often embarrassing needs. I was so pleased at how Heather took such compassionate care of me, and saw to it that the items I mis-ordered were corrected. She treated me like she'd treat her own mother or grandmother. You're a treasured customer from the get-go!

This product has been wonderful for my father who suffers from dementia. Straps slide down his leg and were very bothersome since he didn't remember he had a catheter. This product has solved that problem and helped to keep him comfortably mobile. I would recommend highly. I bought 8! I had some questions and customer service response time was very fast.
I purchased a coup[le of pairs of high backed plastic pants, which I am very pleased with, they very comfortable and effective and have certainly reduced the washing load for bedding. The only downside is that living in the UK it not only took about two and a half weeks for them to arrive but I had to pay additional import taxes, which made them rather expensive what with the postage and packing.

We do ship USPS for international orders and customs in your particular country or region can hold up a package for longer than expected. With that said, we will be offering FedEx Priority International shipping very soon for only slightly more than our USPS Ground pricing. It will take much quicker to get your packages as well. Very good service and very happy with the product. The only drawback to buying from Spain is that customs clearance takes more than 7 days. It is better to use normal, cheaper, rather than urgent, transport for this reason.

Loved that the staff was very responsive in letting me know that the order would be separated when shipped. Had a hand written note as well, which was a great personal touch. Like in the pervious sentence above. I'm 25 and due to an accident in high school I have no control over my bladder. So finding these products and the quick shipping help with when I need to get a quick supply ready and available. But to anyone who's suffers from this in genetics or other ways like me know that it doesn't matter, no one cares that your in a diaper! Just be confident and people will just look at you for you not based on what your wearing.

Size chart for what I purchased was totally useless. What I bought does not fit but I had to open it to know that so it became un-returnable and I'm out $50. Customer service advised me the size I bought should have fit by their chart. Lot of good that did me. My problem, not theirs. My money wasted, their profit. Will not deal with them again.

It is very rare that we get complaints about the sizing chart but it does happen. Unfortunately though like any other company that is selling the type of products that we sell we cannot accept returns on opened products. LL is one of the only places that I can find diapers in the right size (xs) for my wife. As always their products work as advertised, and the customer service is outstanding

Needed certain type of plastic pants and was instructed to go ahead and order them and they would send as soon as they received them in. Too bad it takes sooo long to get orders from manufacturer. But I did receive my order in about 4-5 weeks. Prices were a little steep for the product but can't get anywhere else.
