The service I had even thoughthe company is not in my country was exceptional Although I felt the postage a little steep but as. Yet I have not received the package but it is not the company's fault. So far they are good!.

Package arrived torn open. LL Medico responded that this just happens sometimes when companies ship items. They asked if I wanted a replacement item. I said yes, but they never sent one.

Great product. Cloth diapers work best for night time incontinence.
A bit pricey, but worth it in the long run for comfort.

Made certain that my order was for 'pull-ups'. Even talked to a Rep about this. Lo and Behold, for the 2nd time I get a box full of 'tape ons'. The products are great, BUT, with the disability that my ex-wife has, 'tabs, or tape-ups' just will not work. I'll try ONE MORE TIME, AND IF THE ORDER ISN'T RIGHT, THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER ORDERS PLACED..

Ordered size large for my mother the underwear that came said size large but were huge. And I cannot return them. What a waste of time and money. How ridiculus!

The product that I ordered arrived quickly. Very high quality, but seems to run small. I may need to exchange them for a larger size. I hope exchanges will run as well as the initial purchase!

The Gary pants are very comfortable and secure. I never worry about them leaking even when I sleep in them all night.
Love the variety of colors so I can match them with my babydoll nighties ;)

Very satisfied. Material very soft and pliable over my night time nappy. Leg are wide, stopping leaks and not cutting. Very comfortable. Will buy again.

High quality product but not easy to order. Internal ordering process adds time to the order and hopefully the third party manufacturer is not in a backlog situation.
