(1) speed and service is great; (2) yet, all of a sudden item I'd been ordering appears to not be available, so (3) tried something 'comparable" and (4) disappoint ensued - - - not a quality item, not happy with it at all and am not scrambling to find acceptable item here or elsewhere.
This is possibly the first company I have ordered from to where I have gotten replies back very quickly for the questions asked. Along with the sense that they are understanding and answer the questions in a understanding manner. Would completely recommend

In October I ordered the wrong type of products for my mom. Heather at LL Medico was very helpful in figuring this out and arranged to have the two boxes of the incorrect products picked up and returned to LL Medico for a credit, and at the company's expense. However, they only picked up one box for return. I still have the second box waiting. I have been busy and keep forgetting to follow up on this, but I still need a pick up and complete credit!
My experience with ll medico was good. Could offer more products and samples. Pleased with my recent order and will continue to do business with them.
Order fulfillment was great---that was NOT the issue.
I had understood the order would be send with a low profile----markings and packaging. INSTEAD the package was yellow with bright flowers all over it.
Considering the product was special purpose underwear, the bright yellow and flowers screamed out when I went to the service counter at the Post Office---not to be forgotten by the people behind me in line.

We understand that the cheerful packaging that we use is not for everyone but we choose to use packaging like that because it gives no indication of what is inside the order. We make sure to only use the initials of the company on the shipping label and to use packaging like that so that it does not show what is inside or where it is coming from. I ordered a mattress encasement to protect my new mattress at the end of November. I didn't get it until January. Not really happy it took so long, but what can I do about that.

The waistband for these pants isn't tight all the way around. Mediums are the "right" size but even the small pair's waistband sucks and let's air escape through the back.

Purchased Gary. They are great but, ripped down the side within 3 weeks. I will purchase again when traveling but, not for home use.
Pro - Delivery was fairly prompt.
Con - Be certain you know the exact product you need. Let's be real... buying incontinence products online can be tricky, especially if you have never ordered them before. LL Medico's customer service wanted to charge me $19 for shipping to return a purchase even though I offered to exchange for a different product. Instead of dealing with them, I donated the unused, unopened packs of adult briefs to a local charity. I now buy online from Carewell which has a consumer friendly return policy and better professional customer service. I was a bit skeptical about using LL Medico in the first place and will never buy from them again. I learned my lesson, Carewell is much better as they understand consumer needs.
Its easy to comment when it all goes right but when it goes wrong this company still comes through. I received the wrong product in my delivery. When I notified them I was sent the correct items the very next day. They also arranged pick up for the incorrect items. I didnt have to worry about a thing. This company makes me feel like Im their only customer.
I was on their website and realized that I lived about 5 miles away. I had a trip to take that evening, so I called and asked if my order could be filled that day so I could pick it up. The pleasant lady I spoke with on the phone (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) said it was no problem. They had it ready in 2 hours. I was met at the door with my order and and a nice smile and handshake. I was very happy with the product, but the service is why I will continue to use LL Medico.
I dont normally write reviews but this company is awesome in my opinion. Service is just as important as the product and the service here is above and beyond. Their shipping is quite fast also. I placed an order on Monday morning and it was at my house on Tuesday
Product arrived on time and in good shape. Customer service was outstanding. But, when I wore the "leak proof" incontinence swimwear, it leaked horribly. I followed the directions which arrived with the package to the letter. After 15 minutes in the water, the padded underwear I wore underneath the waterproof panty and outer cloth shell was saturated. I have not tried the swimwear again, so maybe the next time will be different.

I have bought diapers and accompanying items from many online retailers. All were good, but delivery time was several days to a week. Yes, they were in the Midwest and West, but LLMedico is nearby in Flourtown, and delivery is quick. Their pricing is good and selection of products fills my need adequately. I highly recommend them to anyone who may be wondering about ordering.
And in spite of that error, they get five stars from me. They quickly shipped the size I had ordered and instead of having me ship the products back they asked me to donate them. The Hospice says Thank You!
Great product. Inner pants were a little looser than expected as I followed the size chart. No english directions on best way to wash and dry. No english directions on what to wear under the inner pants for a person completely incontinent.

Very good. I gave them the wrong address because it was new in Jan and did not use it until July when I ordered. I finally received the product and it is great. Also the woman I emailed about the address was very nice about the whole thing.
Good people, good prices, and great customer service. Running a business is tough and doing it well is tougher. I had a issue with a shipment. An honest mistake and it was resolved in no time. I will be a customer for a long time.

Bought them for my mom she thought they were cute but it seems like since they come in a large and extra-large they were kind of big for her and what happened was they leaked through her adult guard and then when we took them off of her they leakef all over the floor

Answer: Hello Rickie, The one pair that we carry that are pull on with the plastic backing are the Wellness absorbent underwear. I will link them below for you so you can take a look. As for the colored disposables there are not too many and there are none with the plastic backing in a pull up. If you are interested in cloth diapers we do have quite a few on clearance that have patterns on them or come in color. The sizing will be limited because they are clearance items but we can always place special orders too!
