In October I ordered the wrong type of products for my mom. Heather at LL Medico was very helpful in figuring this out and arranged to have the two boxes of the incorrect products picked up and returned to LL Medico for a credit, and at the company's expense. However, they only picked up one box for return. I still have the second box waiting. I have been busy and keep forgetting to follow up on this, but I still need a pick up and complete credit!
