I ordered a mattress encasement to protect my new mattress at the end of November. I didn't get it until January. Not really happy it took so long, but what can I do about that.

We apologize for the long delay in shipping but as stated on our site, all of our mattress covers are made to order and usually take about 3-4 weeks for us to receive. With our manufacturer taking a week off for the holidays, this extended the time it took to receive your mattress cover from them. Thank you again for shopping with us. - Alex & Heather
