We was very happier with the service we received. Had to get use to making decision in 24 hrs of acceptance of quote, but understood why. We would use this service again is needed.
Pleased with process and the sofas were picked up on schedule and delivered as promised. Brandy communicated details and was excellent to work with. Price was fair.
The first time I used them all went as
The first time I used them all went as planed. We booked Old Dominion they were out of this world perfect. You always had contact with driver and they did not find ways to increase you charge. The next time I booked NMU Worldwide. This was a joke, very bad customer service the operator had problems with English speaking and understanding and before they could pick up they were talking about increase in pricing. Can not put you in contact with driver, You can not pay through u-ship who seems to be more secure, then you have to print another BOL. So I call u-ship they cancel pickup first thing in morning and relist pickup but then had to deal with trucking company trying to charge me for there bad service. Uship did fix it but did nothing to this company. After all that there truck 18 wheeler shows up at 5; 30 in afternoon turns in wrong driveway and just goes tru 2 neighbors yards and yes it messed there yard up good. I asked the driver what he was doing and he said no one called him... Once again no communication. So now i am fixing yards and u-ship says they can do nothing Other than this they have been great but NMU is a joke NEVER USE THEM
Luis was great with accommodating my needs and was flexible with time and dates. He kept to his word and the delivery arrived as discussed. I would use and recommend his service.
Uship has been great for my small business. I sell "preloved" luxury furniture and Uship has made it easier for me to ship all over the Country and allowing me to expand my business!
I needed to move some plants from MA to NC. RoyalShippingNC did a great job, excellent communication, timely pickup and delivery. Couldn't be happier!
Would give 0 stars if possible. Would not refund money after driver dumped my jet skis in another state. I had to sue them to get my money. They then suspended my account after I sued them.
We used a shipper from Uship and our experience was excellent. We needed a family grandfather clock and some other items moved from California to Ohio.
Shipped a motorcycle form Dallas to DC, bought a protection plan with uShip. After making a claim with uShip, they have yet to uphold their liability protection a month after. Terrible service.
Got my puppy delivered to me in a very decent price and time. Very much appreciate the company for giving me the opportunity to adopt her and get her home safely.
I was scammed. First, I was told that I would need to pay an additional $250 for them to Ship my package. Then, I was told (after I paid that like an imbecile) that I would need to pay an additional $500 to ship my package. DONT BUY INTO IT, KEEP YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY
I can not stress enough that this is where the scammers are. Paid over $700 after fees for boxes and couch to be picked up. I got rid of the couch but had more boxes and the mover agreed, as the space for the small boxes would be much less than the couch. I should have known when he arrived to the wrong address, then said he was going to keep my payment because I wasn't there and he left. He took a picture of the wrong door, and when I pointed that out to him, which took a while of him yelling at me over text and not answering my calls, he arrived at the correct one. He picked up my belongings, and once his driver left, he began harassing me and my friend, for more money in order to deliver my stuff. He was trying to hold my stuff hostage for more money, until I got uShip involved to require updates on the location of my stuff. But once he got a hold of my belongings he harassed me every day to give him and additional $300. My stuff was also suppose to be in a covered truck but it was on a trailer with a tarp. I have yet to inspect it, as I've been out of town for work, but the boxes look crushed and I'm sure my stuff is all broken. I should have thrown everything away instead of use uShip. I'll be filing a claim with my credit card, as well as a complaint against the BBB to report David Maia for his unprofessional and false ad of services. Do not use this site, do not use that carrier. Beware. Attached are picks of the trailer and not covered truck as paid for. This site doesn't allow regular pics formatted but I have pics to post on any site I can and will.

...From Seattle, WA to Sarasota, FL. I'm impressed with the platform, the speed of the delivery, and the attention that my driver gave my bike! I'd absolutely use UShip again.
Hi Rachelle,
Thank you for the kind words! We're happy you were able to connect with a great carrier to ship your motorcycle. We look forward to working with you again in the future.
My Amazon account was hacked by them and used to by a Alien Ware Laptop $2000 even tried to buy 2 then acted as if it was coming to my home, intercepting it on the UPS website and changed the address to go to Her address Where the lady said she works for them and reships the item on to another address in New York. She gets paid $40 an item. And had done many items. She had also received a new iPhone she was going to ship that day also. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Horrible experience working with Charlie on a Protection Plan claim! Be very cautious about using Uship and purchasing their Protection Plan. They are unprofessional and sleazy.
We had a tractor shipped and the windshield was broken in transit. The shipper took responsibility for the damage and his insurance covered $1,430.65 out of the $2,430.65 repair. Having paid $119.34 for the "Uship Protection Plan," I submitted a claim to Uship to recover the remaining $1000 which was not covered by the first party coverage.
The case was submitted on March 6,2024. It is now June 4,2024 and the claim is still not settled. Charlie repeatedly takes 6-10 days to respond, blaming it on "illness." There is no reason why a simple response should take 6-10 days. If he can not respond in a professional and timely manner, he is not the person to be handling this claim. I have never received an apology for delayed response, only the robotic "thank you for your patience," so this is likely how they normally operate. I have provided all documentation within 1 day of the request, just to wait another 6-10 days for a response. To add to the lengthy, unprofessional delays, now, the amount he is trying to pay is $614.98 and is much lower than actual the claim amount, with an incorrect fee added on. The processing fee is $100 for our claim of $1000. Uship states the processing fee is based on "coverage purchase," so they are adding on a $250 processing fee instead of the appropriate $100 fee. Even if the $250 fee was correct, the claim payment would then be $750, not $614.98, and I have no idea how they arrived at that number. However, the $250 fee is NOT correct, and they have not been willing to resolve it after many emails back and forth. The Terms of Service which I agreed to when purchasing this plan DO NOT state this anywhere. If they think their Terms of Service are supposed to state that, then they need to add that in there. In the meantime, the Terms of Service that I agreed to DO NOT state the processing fee is based on coverage purchase, so they need to follow through with their end of the deal and issue the correct payment of $900.
The damaged item has not been usable since delivery on March 5,2024 and the downtime has cost us a lot of money. Very frustrating experience wasting time and losing money due to Charlie's unprofessional stall tactics. Clearly, Charlie is trained to do whatever it takes to pay the smallest amount possible on claims and to wear down the customer. What a bad way to do business. I don't think I've ever worked with a company as sleazy as Charlie and Uship and am continually in awe at how willing they are to lose a customer over a few hundred dollars. I had a good experience with the shippers on Uship and was hoping to move more of my shipments through Uship, but they have done an great job at convincing me to not do that. Charlie and Uship are uncooperative, shady, and not trustworthy at all. Be very careful working with Uship.
Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear about the issues you had with your shipment. The uShip Protection Plan processing fee is outlined in section 2 of the [uShip Protection Plan Terms of Service](https://help.uship.com/hc/en-us/articles/10273248474135-uShip-Protection-Plan-Terms-of-Service). The coverage purchased was $7500. For your commodity, that comes with a $250 processing fee. Please see the most recent response from your case manager for a more detailed breakdown.
I was bidding on helping ship peoples stuff across the US in my uhaul truck coming back from New York to Utah. Uship suspended my account for no reason out of the blue. I had perfect ratings on their site. I asked several times what the problem was. First they told me I could not do interstate transport. After I told them that there is no law against me transporting stuff across the country without a business license, they made up more excuses. They then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't use a rental uhaul truck because it was against their policy after I told them I was bringing a uhaul truck back empty to Utah and looking to cover my gas and rent costs coming back to utah. This was a lie from them as well as nowhere in their policy does it say this. After calling them several times, one of their customer service people admitted to me that a big commercial customer of theirs complained because I bid on 2 jobs that they really wanted, so uship put my account on hold. And he admitted this happens often to small shippers like myself. The owners of this site are corrupt as can be. Protecting their commercial customers by censoring the small guys is just wrong. I was just trying to help people get their stuff moved cheaper than these commercial rapists.
Hi Eric,
Thank you for your review. I am happy to clarify uShip's policy regarding using rental vehicles and quoting on interstate shipments.
Your account is held because you were interacting with an interstate household move shipment that requires you to have an active Motor Carrier Number. Upon signing up with uShip, you agree to the terms of the uShip User Agreement which states you’ll only offer quotes on items that you have the proper authority, licensing, and permits to haul. Specific commodities, namely vehicles, heavy equipment, and household moves, always require a DOT or MC number. To learn more about operating authority and insurance, please check out the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration - https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov.
Service providers can use rental trucks on uShip. That being said, they are not allowed to use rental trucks for household moves because customers' goods are often not covered by insurance in the rental agreements.
The Trust & Safety team emailed you on 7/14 informing you of your account hold. I advise you to read over the email and respond in order to release your account.
I hope this information is helpful. Please contact uShip Member Support at 1-800-698-7447 or email support@uship.com if you have any other questions.

Meisner Transport wants money up front then does not transport, and cant get your money back, they will not call you back, he uses several different company names,, Josh Meisner Moore ok watch for that name also he eays in lives in Alamosa Colorado
Uship is not a good company to either ship with or to be a transporter with! They will give you as a transportation company their own false rating and will deny you the right to allow your customers to see your own true company ratings or. Potential's! (Ultimately destroying your revenue) They DO NOT CARE about any one but themselfs! $1000 bid mean $700 in the transporters pocket $500 in uships pocket! If you are in Canada needing a hotshot company & would like access to multiple Canadian hotshot companies, reputable companies chech them out on Facebook at Wesrern Canada hotshot services and jobs. We all would be more then happy to help with you're shipping need without all the uship fees, Means cheaper freight shipment for you.it's funny how uship tells one that in this writing a review up on uship that if you write false information or false disclaimers that that is against the law but it's OK for them to do it! Uship tea kettle calling the pot black! Uship is very unprofessional on all aspects of the company. I don't want to give them any starts but uship makes you have to give them at least one start with a negative review! Lol
I had to cancelled my listing. Thank God! I was apalled to learn that I am supposed to do all research my self regarding how to protect self against property damage/theft, how to verify carrier bids are from legal carries, with proper license and insurance. I am supposed to purchase additional uship insurance that only pays after I make claim on my regular policy. In the event that something goes wrong uship will not help recover losses. Why do the get 27%, or 20, or even 10. This is of no benefit to me and I don't see how it could of any benefit to any carrier. Uship is facilitating pontential criminality and putting shippers at risk for financial loss. This is shameful and I'm glad I researched. Buyer beware! Sorry for potentially wasting the time of any hard working honest people. My time was definitely wasted and I will probably pay more now for having less time. I would rather pay directly to a broker who verifies all legalitie and protections, or directly to a driver after I verify, than to give a penny to this shameful organization!
I accepted a quote on the uShip site to transport our primary family vehicle. (Quote was from Montway)
The vehicle was picked up but 4 days passed and I hadn't received a status or information about the delivery (Zero communications).
After three inquiries with the broker and the actual carrier I discovered that the truck that picked my vehicle had a major breakdown the same day my vehicle was picked up and my vehicle (And other vehicles) just sat in some unknown location for up to 4 days without notifying the owners. It's clear by this experience that uShip does not evaluate, track or manage the companies / brokers that post quotes on their site. Further, it is clear that Montway does not track or manage the carriers that actually transport the vehicles on their behalf. At the time of this review I still have not received a written commitment on when the vehicle will be delivered. It's clear that the entire uShip business model is unmanaged and flawed, and they have no interest in the quality of service that is provided - none. Let the buyer beware.
