I had a family heirloom table shiped to me in Colorado from family member in Texas. The movers had had a long day and we're still super nice and the table was in great shape.

Let's be clear about something... I DID NOT GIVE YOU THE INCORRECT MEASUREMENTS! You could not fit my item because you waited for 2 days to pick up a table from another customer, and once you picked up that table you then realized that my item could no longer fit in your truck! The failure to be able to transport my item was because of you, not me. I gave you the correct measurements and even sent you the pictures and you said it would be no problem. Then YOU postponed the delivery for 2 full days while you waited to pick up someone else's table!
How about you take ownership of your bad business decision, apologize for it, and be done with it, instead of lying and giving bull$#*! feedback about what actually happened. You would get a lot more respect if you owned up to your own mistake and bad business decision.
Fortunately for me, I rescheduled with another carrier who picked my initial item up as well as another one I added, on the dates that he said he could do it. They were delivered on time, safely wrapped and transported from NJ to FL. They were tremendous and professional! It's a shame that you try to justify your business shortcomings by lying about customers you deal with. I really hope this gets posted on uShip. You should be ashamed of yourself writing a lie as a response to a negative review. Act like a responsible adult and own it!

I have used UShip on three occasions to ship motorcycles and had a good experience each time. I will certainly use them again.
It was surprisingly simple to use, but with the online component and dealing directly with drivers. Literally saved HUNDREDS over quotes from UPS or FedEx for the same shipment
Selected a shipper through Uship and paid them almost £800. They never picked up anything and have lied about issuing a refund. Uship has said it's not their problem. DO NOT USE USHIP
Price was fair. Trucker friendly and polite. Shipment picked up and delivered timely. Will use shipper for future needs.

Horrible customer service. Filled a claim for damages, no answer. Insurance on shipping is a sham and waste of money!
