You will be lucky to even receive your package. We would all be better off using pigeons. This company should not exist, fire every employee from the top down.
Horrible service! My bank sent my card through UPS 2 months ago and it still has not reached me.upon calling them, they say you will get your package today. This goes on for weeks. Pathetic!
Horrible service, always reschedule in the very last minute, drivers have no manners. I'm super disappointed. Real shame! If there was a 0 star I would have used it.
Package was sent to us signature required. Driver made no attempt to knock or ring the doorbell. Customer service is crap. They were rude and did nothing.
Lost 2 packages within 1 week… worth $3616 combined… their insurance is a scam. Loooong story… getting claim filed is impossible… do yourself a favor and get your general state attorney involved. They don't communicate, say they will email within hrs… day later still no email… all claims dept personnel are Middle East, Hispanics etc and barely speak English. Their virtual customer service WILL NOT ALLOW YOU to reach an agent…. Their whole business is designed to shove/push/punt/ignore you till you just give up. Meanwhile this Union business owner/CEO nets 14,000,000 annually. Remember! Their insurance policy IS A SCAM… they know they won't pay it… you pay for it, they pocket it as a tip, you lose. Since this episode, I left them and use FEDEX solely, I have pulled 3 other UPS customers from UPS to FEDEX along with me.
Yes, I have had my frustrations with delivery services whether it is our United States Postal Service or UPS or FedEx. It hasn't been great due to contactless delivery, where the delivery person doesn't even knock at the door. But, today I received a call from Robert informing me that my delivery couldn't be sent to my local UPS because it was wine. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery. Then later today Robert called again because he saw that my package had returned to the warehouse. Honestly, with all the package deliveries I was honored that not only did Robert make an effort to contact me in the first place, he remembered me when he saw the package had returned. I only hope that he is able to see this review. I did not get his last name. I'm not even sure which warehouse my package came from. I believe it may have been from Watsonville, California.
Worst mail company ever. I am not satisfied with their customer service or the package delays. They are unclear especially with ups world wide shipping. Bad experience
I absolutely hate ups and won't be shopping with anyone who uses them as a carrier they've made my holiday bad within a couple of weeks not once but TWICE the drivers do not care where packages are left nor the weather condition
Useless... Simply useless! There concept of customer service is nothing but excuses! On day five (5 days past the quoted delivery date) still waiting to find my package!

My fiance worked there 5 yrs. Fellas don't let your gf work there. It IS a sex ring. Late deliveries because even the bosses use there money drugs and positions of power to have there way with the woman. I've got names addresses and number and a confession. I only know the names of those that affected me. (Take me to court it isn't slander when there's proof) so I have many names ill only list the ones I can prove. Kevin sims, lee bird, Austin birchler, Steven fanberguzr, Justin poiles, Jake Douglas, a cat named abdel oramas. Maybe yall stuff is late because they're busy with their sex ring. 100 percent true. Ups sue me or contact me because im hitting road blocks at world port.
Do anything you can NOT to use UPS! Many of my packages have gone missing. They take no responsibility for their awful services. Save your money and use another service.
Had my MasterCard debit card expedited (2 day service) been waiting a whole $#*!ing month and still haven't received it! Package isn't being scanned at any locations so I can't track MY PACKAGE no information available online none of the representatives can tell me anything about my package even with my tracking number. WORSE SERVICE EVER, I honestly don't know how this place is still in business, as soon as my card gets here WHENEVER that may be I will never use UPS ever again in life
UPS is so horrible there has been 3 weather delay reports for my package when we only had one bad weather day here in Texas every time I speak with someone they telling stuff I already know and can see for myself on the app so having a customer service center is very irrelevant … Had it not been for Verizon I wouldn't dare deal with UPS if I known Verizon uses this company for delivery I would have never gotten it delivered if you guys or out of workers or short on work you guys should figure that out … if it where up to me I'd have you guys completely shut down there's no use for UPS when there's FedEx and Amazon just horrible I'll be leaning bad reviews until Monday
I sent an expensive very rare smartphone to my friend in the UK with the track number: 1Z06W05V*******302, but surprisingly, the UPS company lost my parcel. Previously, I sent a lot of cheap goods and they were delivered normally, but as soon as I sent an expensive product, it was immediately lost! I am sure that my parcel was stolen by UPS employees. I do not recommend using the UPS company to send a valuable item, as it will be stolen by the company's employees!
I've been waiting for a package that was to be delivered Friday Sept. 16 2022, but I had to pay import fees.
Which I paid the import fees on Thursday Sept. 15 2022. Now the date for delivery was moved up to Tuesday Sept. 20 after waiting on the item to be delivered on Friday Sept. 16 2022.
All day Tuesday Sept. 20 I waited outside to not miss the UPS delivery guy.
Finally when he came after 6:00 pm about 6:15 or 6:20 he won't leave the parcel as there is an import duty on it. I explained it to him that was paid last Thursday Sept. 15 and he still didn't want to leave the parcel. I told him I have the e-receipt and he said he doesn't want to see it, so I told him just take it back as I'm tired of playing games with this UPS company I just had enough.
Even with a receipt they would not hand over my parcel, so why do they phone you up and tell you have charges owing to UPS and then accept the payment and not give you the parcel.
I also have the confirmation number given to me but I don't think I can put it on here.
It's my back up to fight with these scammers and rip off artists.
UPS is the biggest rip off and scammers going!
If purchasing anything please ask if there are any other means for shipment or courier service.
You do not want to go through what I or anyone else went through with this company (UPS).

Horrible company. The district manager has blocked all deliveries to our charity's address, telling us it will be in place forever because we complained that their delivery people were throwing expensive packages over the fence onto the grass next to the sprinkler after dark. The sprinklers go off in the early morning and have ruined hundreds of dollars worth of books. The last delivery was an iPhone that had cost more than $1500, which the driver left at night on the driveway next to a lawnmower in a totally nonsecure area. UPS has stated that everything must now be picked up at their hub, which is a 14 mile trip with an hour-long wait in line because of the pandemic. Furthermore, UPS doesn't even supply notification that items are being delivered. Uncounted packages have been lost as a result, as after some time, UPS either returns them to the sender or disposes of them. This is unacceptable and in many cases, as with Amazon and Best Buy, UPS is a de facto monopoly as they are the only carrier used. If this is not resolved forthwith, there will be a lawsuit in anticipation of millions of dollars (as this is a perpetual charity) worth of lost revenue and time, along with a request for punitive damages. I myself am not litigious, but when a district manager does this because of my race because I have been the one to have had to repeatedly call about damage to irreplaceable 150-year-old-books. UPS has no number to corporate. All calls go to the Philippines. Understandable for a company that could not care less about their customers.
Called them they said the driver would be back in an hour to verify his stop. Never showed up. Called 2 hours later still no response will never use ups again
Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Won't allow me to talk to a human. Says it dropped my package off at the back door of my local post office.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America.
