They lost my package. I submitted a claim, then they refunded part of the amount, even I provided proper documents. They just gives me negative company image and minus damage on my money.

$#*!ING POOR $#*! CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hate when businesses use UPS to handle my packages… If I had my choice not a $#*!ing chance I would ever use UPS… It's been past a week and I SAID I $#*!ing work nights and not a $#*!ing chance will anyone get me to answer when I'm sleeping! But apparently people don't comprehend ENGLISH! I been waiting more than a week to get my package but yet these god damn idiots ended up with 2 addresses… I don't know how the $#*! 2 different addresses get on my package to KEEP $#*!ING DELAYING WHOEVER DID IT IS THE $#*!ING IDIOT! YEA IM PISSED THE HELL OFF AND I GIVE 2 RAT $#*!S WHO READS THIS! Judge all you want I don't give a $#*!! AND $#*! THE REVIEW GUIDELINES! EVERYTHING SAID FROM ME IS 100% TRUE!

I checked my package four minutes after the website said it was delivered, and found the wrong package on our porch. Mine was exchanged with my neighbor across the street, and items were missing when I found it. My neighborhood is safe and this is the first time an incident like this has happened to me. From my recollection the only difference in this delivery was the carrier. I believe the most likely people with the audacity to think they can get away with stealing are the people who deliver for you. Absolutely destroyed my day.

Ordered a desk - shipped in 2 boxes. The first box finally arrived after being in the city for 8 days. I got it because I waved down the UPS driver. Turns out, he had the box, but nobody scanned it, so it wasn't in his system. Apparently this is the first delivery UPS has ever made to a townhouse condominium. The shipping documents had my company name and apparently it was very problematic to have a business at a residential address - because nobody in the history of work has ever worked from home, according to UPS and nobody at that company has ever heard of "Google Maps". Today I found out that the second box, which has been in Calgary since July 22, has now been declared "missing" and they launched and investigation which will take another 8 business days. Eventually, I will have to have Visa credit my purchase and the company I bought the desk from can fight with UPS. DO NOT USE UPS FOR ANY REASON.

Susana Silva, Venezuelan woman 41 years old. Permanent resident USA, I was looking indeed website and applying for ups started to get too many bad communication with Leah who judge me for all what I did to get the job using racism behavior against me.

My application isn't running well, I understand this job isn't a full time schedule job, I wait instructions from her for so long until Peggy contact me and let me know about I was ready to start delivery. So far I filled up too many form even I login with Peggy help in the web side too.

I reported to Peggy that something isn't working even if I receive SMS notification when I try to turn on my app damiednt work.

My daughter recorded a voice mail and I didn't know (just was a terrible joke) I said Leah I am sorry too many times and she still is trying me like a garbage. I am going to write a bad review anywhere because after all I inves to many time and money doing copy sent papers scanner etc.

Last time she said I going to call you 3pm
She didn't she call before 245 I was at school.
So I call her back and no body answer.

She is the person that I thing isn't able to work in Human Resources or recluter because she don't understand and don't want to explain. Is racist, Rude, no education form neither professional communication at all

Let's talk about the debacle that is the UPS customer service. I ordered an item from reverb.com and for some reason my old address was entered in and I didn't catch it in time. So I thought I'd reach out to UPS customer service to see if they could help. I started on the chat which is available on ups.com. The person that I got to help me was somebody with a name that I could not pronounce, and the ineptitude was extremely evident from the moment they said hello. Instead of offering me any kind of solution in changing my address he's kept copying and pasting the same information over and over again. He also ignored my request to speak to a supervisor. After 30 minutes of an unsuccessful chat, I decided to call the customer service line. As I called and was prompted by the bot, I was rerouted several times even though I asked to speak to an agent. It would then ask me for information, I would give it it would not understand and then it would hang me up. This went on for about 15 minutes until I finally tracked it, and I don't know how, to allow me to speak to a representative. Come to find out they lost one of my packages, and I had to file a claim, secondly I was also informed that there was no possibility of changing the address or having it re-routed to any of the UPS stores near me, I had to drive all the way out to Van Nuys instead. This is an utter and dismal failure on UPS and they need to re-calculate and revamp how they handle customer service.

Ordered an item from JD sports at the end of December, the item was scheduled to arrive January 3rd 2021. Item didn't arrive, updates about a new arrival date were few a far between.
I contacted JD sports to say we were moving on January 15th, I asked if we could change the shipping address, was told this couldn't be done

The parcel was eventually delivered by UP'S sometime in February, a signature was required before the parcel could be dropped off, there clearly was no signature, the parcel had been dumped at an empty house with a for sale sign with 'sold' on it about 1 metre away from front door so it didn't require much working out the house was empty.
We received an email later that day saying parcel had been delivered, I went down to house, no parcel!
I contacted JD Sports asking for my money back, they informed me this couldn't be done, it was in the hands of UP'S, it was most likely gonna goto a tribunal. Nearly 7 months after the parcel was due to arrive I've heard nothing from UP'S, and JD sports have washed their hands of it.
Absolutely shocking company, this isn't the only incident with them but I'll save them anymore embarrassment

This is second time that they promised to deliver on time but in vain. Three times called before weekend to make sure address and delivery and everytime they ensured that you will get by 8.00 pm and 9.00pm received email that your address is wrong, what a joke. Delivery guy must have not tried to deliver and started his weekend early. I would never ever recommend this company as same thing happened two times now.

Poor service

They will return your shipment and will say someone called from your end to request for return, and when asked for evidence who called and what number, 5 reps give 5 different replies, one one them transferred to her supervisor and supervisor never came, waited for 20 minutes.

How can such big brands like Versace and Valentino use this rediculous shipping company! I returned 2 of my packages and its been almost a month and both the packages have not reached the senders. I am fed up of following up with sender companies and UPS, and yet no solution. They should be a bit more sensitive for customer's time. And to add, the automated caller machine is pathetic, never understands the tracking number and keeps asking for it so many times.

Don't use UPS

Worst experience ever. I ordered an oculus quest 2 for my son from the oculus web site, they shipped it using ups. UPS then dropped my package at the wrong location. I launched a investigation, witch turned up nothing. The end result is that I'm out $299.00 and my son does not get a birthday present from his father.
Not even a sorry from ups. Needless to say I hate ups, and will never use there service again.

They accepted my payment to deliver a pkg from California to Utah "2nd day air". Was to arrive Tues. According to their own tracking, it's been to Las Vegas, Washington, and now sits all day in Oregon and it's Thursday of the following week. Take my money, and don't provide the service. UPS. Never use UPS

Ups is absolute Garbage. I will never do business with this crappy company, in fact I refused to do business with any company that uses UPS, personally and for all of my businesses, deliveries from them since last year. They refused to deliver cancer medicine to me this past week because of an incident stemming back to a verbal attack by one of their drivers last year. Last July a driver never delivered a package, as my security cameras showed. I called UPS and an hour later said driver showed up and immediately started verbally attacking me, starting off with saying, "what the f-ck is your problem?" I replied that you never attempted to deliver my package and my cameras can provide it." He called me bat sh-t crazy as he came right up to me chest to chest. I told him to sit the package down and remove himself from my property. I just stared directly at me and didn't respond. I told him again to get off my property and don't try to threatened and intimidating me with posturing in an aggressive manner. That I will call the police. He only turned to leave once I stepped right up to him. I called UPS, which is impossible to contact anyone and told over 10 times to get ahold of an actual person. The person who answered was sympathetic and said the warehouse manager would call to take and investigate the situation. This never happened. I called repeatedly again and when I finally got a person, they stated that the warehouse manager banned deliveries to my address. Talk about victimize the victim. With all the horrible stories of UPS drivers being caught doing bad things to consumers it is outrageous that they told sides with a drivers defense, and lies to protect himself. Of course, this driver is still out there harassing consumers and I get penalties for his aggressive and threatening action. Now I get victimized further as my cancer medication was refused to be delivered. Absolutely disgusting company.

This is disgusting service. Never again will my son and his associates and colleagues use UPS again in the US and i and my friends and colleagues will never use in the UK and I shall make this clear on the review of your so called company review site! Obviously package stolen in February! Again regrettable and disgusting.

Delivery was to be made Monday 7/19 had an exception, no communication had to find it by looking thru alternate website, called UPS told it would be delivered next day here it is 3 days later no delivery, called again told it would be delivered today, nope not today either, flowers, dead, chocolates will be melted, and a little girls heart broken. VERY POOR SERVICE!

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a package that was supposed to take 4-5 days to deliver. I have received 2 different "delivered" notifications, but still do not have the package. After 2 separate 40-50 minute phone calls, I have now been told the parcel was delivered to "the nearest access centre". I went to the named access centre, and was told they don't have the parcel either! One more 35 minute phone call, and I'm now told they will have to ask the UPS sorting centre where the parcel is... and I have no choice but to wait until they get around to calling me. WORST COMPANY EVER... I can't even call this "service".

UPS doesn't leave packages as other carriers do (even when no personal presence or signature is required). I had to call them to be assured that the package will be redelivered the next business day, what was then reflected on the tracking information. However even one week after this phone call I did not receive the package. And when I called again (talking to a robot for hours before I would be connected to a human who barely speaks English), I found out that the package was been held for pick up and would be sent back unless I pick it up the next day. Pick up hours 11am-5pm, and obviously I was at work and was not able to pick it up. I asked to hold it for 1 more day, but they refused and recommended to contact sender (when sender contacted them they refused as well). Amazon rep called them with the same result. They finally promised to redeliver it the next day, but of course no redelivery ever happen. I had to call them 2 more times (wasting hours talking with absolutely idiotic barely able to communicate reps who promised to redeliver it again with no redelivery of course), before I demanded to talk to a manager. ONLY AFTER THAT THE MANAGER AGREED TO HOLD THE PACKAGE FOR ONE MORE DAY. It was a tremendous waste of time and just a disgrace. I will never order anything what would be shipped with UPS. AVOID
