IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY WHO MAKES FAKE PROMISES AND ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE CHEATING PEOPLE.
THEY MAKE FALSE COMMITMENTS.
ONE OF MY CONSIGNMENT WAS SUPPOSE TO DELIVER ON 5TH FEBRUARY 2018 BUT AM STILL STRUGGLING WITH THEM TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED.
THEY ARE ALL SAME TYPE OF NONSENSE WHO MAKES THE LIFE DIFFICULT, THEY ASK ONE QUESTION HUNDRED TIMES, ONCE YOU THINK THEY UNDERSTOOD YOUR ANSWER THEY WILL AGAIN START ASKING THE SAME QUESTION FROM DIFFERENT MEDIA.
I HAVE LOST MY 40,000 INR ALONG WITH APPROX 1 LAKH INR BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THAT PARCEL NOT RECEIVED IN TIME.
ITS A BIG LOSS FOR ME AND I AM GOING TO SUE THIS COMPANY ON DIGITAL MEDIA NOW.

UPS.com in India has cheated and is a big example of fraud, they have given me a commitment that they will be delivering the parcel to my office on 5th February 2018, unfortunately till today i am struggling to get my parcel in place.
Because of this reason I have already lost $5000 and going through a severe mental stressed condition.
Please can you raise the voice and get it sorted out at the earliest.

U. P.S. Is the most suckest shipping company out there because they hire people like "Paul Jenkins" a manager over the McAlester, Oklahoma U. P.S. Where "Paul Jenkins" allows his driver's pick and choose who they want to deliver to and allows them to "Lie" about where they have and haven't been. Because I have video evidence against one of his so called "Best Driver's " being the road I live on delivering to a naiber that was only five houses away from my house and then "She" turned the opposite direction and went five to ten miles out of way to Hartshorne Oklahoma to a Gas Station called "Flash "N" Dash" and was sitting in the back office doing nothing while my package and other people's packages was still on the U. P.S. Still needing to be delivered. And when I went there to get my package the driver got but hurt that I separated her from her seat to get my package. Then the manager over the store also setting on the job doing nothing also got but hurt and called the " Police" on me and the "Police" just told the U. P.S. Driver to get my package. So she did and threw it to me inside my car. This is after she told her "Supervisor Cindy " that she will deliver my package if the weather is permitting. So the "Supervisor Cindy " reported me to the "Manager Paul Jenkins" telling him who knows what but not the "truth" and "Paul Jenkins" believed them over me even after I told him what I have when it comes to video evidence against the U. P.S. Driver and he told me he doesn't care about what I had because he believes his people at the McAlester U. P.S. Company over we the "Paying Customers" God help us all if "Paul Jenkins" ever becomes CEO. Because he has already has proven he doesn't care about how his employees treat the paying customers and there packages. And another thing about U. P.S. They will not allow the paying customer to talk to anyone who is in the corporate office to file a complaint against the "Manager Paul Jenkins" instead the "Corporate Office Headquarters transfers the phone calls to a foreign country.

Damaged package
March 9, 2023

I have been dealing with a claim now for over 5 weeks. And still no resolution. I have been lied to ignored laughed at and bullied. I have been told someone will contact me to schedule a time for inspection and nobody contacts me. I have been told my claim has been dismissed because a $925 charge for repacking a package was declined when the package was on its return to me. The same package had already been sent to Ohio for $97. With same contents to be returned to same address they wanted over $900. The only reason claim denied was for declining that c harge. Somehow the claim is reopened. And for the 4 time i have sent more pictures. Ever time i call im told different information. The employees i speak with can t be understood. This is ridiculous and ups should be a embarrassed i just can not believe anyone would be treated in this manner. I have never done a ratting before on anything in my life. Please contact me *******587 *******@aol.com here is tracking # 1za4x*******518 i was given this # to call that dose not work *******130 and an email address that i was told to contact and i dont get a response back from but at the moment i donot have that with me. The damage i also feel was on purpose and i get bullied and lied to at the same time im out thousands. I want a real supervisor to hear me out please. At this time i am staying away from driver but that is only untill i lose my cool. CONTACT ME PLEASE!

Where Do You Think You Are?

Prompted to review due to what I can only imagine is incompetence on UPS part. How does a company repeatedly inform you that you have a package arriving by a certain time (so you arrange to be home to foil the ubiquitous porch pirates) and then inform you at the 11th hour that your delivery is suddenly delayed THREE MORE DAYS? I call BS. It only took three days from the point of sale.
That said, my real beef is with the stupid, apparently Illiterate drivers who ignore a simple instruction (which I always put on the first line of "address") as to where to leave a package so it isn't advertised as being available to anybody who wants it; e.g.: "SIDE PORCH BEHIND CHAIR," to the majority of their rocket scientist drivers reads: "PROP UP AGAINST WELL-LIT FRONT DOOR". I live just outside a major city, within the city limits, in an area that is about as far a cry from a gated community as possible. I call it The Less Murdery Part Of Murderville." How do these geniuses miss that?

I rest my case…

Lazy, corrupt drivers
November 11, 2018

Corrupt, lazy, worthless deliver drivers! The ONLY thing they deliver is NOTHING! I live in a small apartment complex that is mostly elderly people who order their meds and supplies online. Most of them never see their orders come in, as these delivery drivers refuse to even get out of their trucks, much less take packages to the addresses ON the packages!

According to the apartment manager, the drivers will drive through the complex, but never stop. The few that do stop, NEVER bother to try and deliver to the address on the package, they try to dump it off on the manager. She tells them they cannot leave packages there as she isn't a postal center. These drivers get pissy and nasty because she forces them to deliver these packages to the actual addresses on the packages! She says most all of them will just get back in their trucks and leave, and won't even TRY to deliver to the address on the package.

The manager came to work one day and said the maintenance man found a pile of packages dumped behind one of the bushes outside the building! The douchebag drivers just dumped stuff in the bushes and left!

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM ANYEONE WHO USES UPS! Their "drivers" won't even attempt to deliver it to your door, and will end up dumping it in some bushes to get rid of it. They've even been seen dumping packages in local garbage cans!

UPS IS AWEFUL

I ORDERED A PACKAGE OVER AMONTH AGO AND IT WAS SENT OVER NIGHT SHIPPING. I ORDERED A GUITAR SO ITS NOT A SMALL PACKAGE. IVE SPENT 2 HOURS GETTING HUNG UP ON BY BOTH PROPLE AND THE ELECTRONIC SYSTEM. ONCE I FINALLY GOT TO TALK TO SOMEONE, AFTER THEY SENT ME AROUND IN CIRCLES CALLING ALL OF THE FACILITYS WITH NO ANSWERS, AND THE PERSON I TALKED TO I COULDNT EVEN HEAR AS IF THERE PHONE SYSTEM IS A $#*!TY CELLPHONE IN SYBERIA WIHTH NO SERVICE (AFTER HOURS OF WAITING).
FOR WORK I SEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS THROUGH UPS. SO I PAY THEM THOUSANDS MORE AND THIS EXPERINCE IS THE LAST STRAW I AM ABOUT TO MOVE TO DHL OR SOMETHING. I CANT EVEN GET 1 PACKAGE DELIVERED TO ME IN GOOD CONDITION AND GOOD TIMEING. SO GOOD JOB UPS YOU JUST LOST A HUGE CUSTIMER. AND INSURED YOUR RIVALS GET MY MONEY. I WOULD HAVE MORE FAITH IN MY SON DELIVERING ON HIS TRICYCLE.
