I was looking for a quick parcel shipping company when I came across parcel hero and I saw UPS company which the date posted on the descriptions meet my need, the parcel was said to be delivered on 8th according to the price. So I never mind the price I paid almost £100 for 7.8kg weddings dress suit and items... this useless UPS never tell me am going to pay for customs fee in Nigeria if so I won't have use the service never. So when the parcel get to Nigeria I was told to pay #200,000 to release my parcel and the content in the package worth £300 in total. Also when the parcel get to Nigeria they deducted £20 extra for sizing package. I refused to pay the #200,000 because my point is I wasn't told before... also this is not my first time sending things to Nigeria with other companies and I never have this issue with then I only send from UK and they deliver straight to my Nigeria address. So this good for notting UPS Company then refused to deliver my good and now they said I need to pay another charges to request for my parcel to be return back to me if not they will keep my property with them... this people are thief, scammer, useless, fraud. Nobody deserves to be treated this way... am really upset as am typing this because they are not returning my parcel unless I pay for return.

Hello to whom it may concern, the UPS delivery system failed me as a customer, because of my current work schedule hrs. From M-F 7:30am-4:00pm, I couldn't leave work to make it on time for all three deliveries 1st delivery at 3/6/*******@12:21pm, 2nd at 3/7/*******@11:39am, 3rd at 3/8/*******@11:20am. I couldn't change my delivery status. Didn't understand why I was restricted, because I paid full price for this product to be delivered at my convenience, I was given no options to get my package that I paid for. UPS did not give me full access to my account to modify my delivery, it was their way or the highway. The customer support channel was useless, they only told me that they were sorry for my inconvenience. I lost money ($47.45) during this difficult time.
On the bad negative service I received, I will be reporting this to all media complaint outlets. I want my package without repaying to have it reshipped to my residence, I want it delivered on my terms not USP's three strikes you'r out terms. TY.

In December, UPS postponed an overnight delivery and the next day when they finally delivered it it was frozen. The perishable item was ruined. 4 days ago I placed an order for homemade goods from an Amish community from Texas which was delivered to Colorado. Yesterday morning, UPS showed that it was loaded on their truck for delivery and canceled late afternoon. Then they showed that they loaded it again today for delivery and canceled it late this afternoon. So after being on their uninsulated truck for 48 hours without any attempts for delivery, they call me at 7:20 p.m. tonight and tell me I need to pick it up at their facility in town 30 miles away. UPS no longer delivers. They may ship but they seem incapable of delivering the item. Companies that use UPS might need to rethink their shipping company. Useless...

Slow as molasses.made order same day. Fed ex got it from Texas to Virginia today ups says it will be tomorrow from south Carolina to Virginia. Not holding my breath though. Because the item has been an hour from my home for last 48. Last time I had an item there it went to Texas and back before I received it. Week or so later.

These Dudes Suck

Always the most random delivery times. God forbid your delivery requires a signature. Dude was a block away at one point. The next, he's on the other side of town. And. Dooont get me started on the website. Complete garbage interface and terrible tracking progress. One may think one star is rough but this is coming from years of encounters with UPS. Fedex is waaaaay better. Its to the point where I dont purchase from certain companies because they dont offer Fedex lmaoooo

I like to move every couple years, but have never had an issue with UPS. Every location I've lived in I have received top-notch delivery from them. I even had one UPS driver knock on my door telling me my package was damaged, he showed me and he was sending it back so that way I could get a replacement quicker than if I did it on my own and didn't have to haul it somewhere for shipping. It was a very large and heavy dog crate. I was beyond thankful for that. I've moved across country and my new UPS drivers are still just as wonderful as the last ones. They always knock on my door to let me know that I've got a package out front. And every time I open the door when they're still out there, they tell me. Hi and have a great day. They are without a doubt my go to for a shipping company. I personally use them to ship all my packages to family. That way I know it will arrive the same way I sent it out.

When I saw Shein was now using UPS delivery service instead of UPS my heart dropped. They are so so sloppy. I use Shein to help with my small business. What usually takes a few days for something to come now takes over a week. My last order took 3 weeks to get here. It sat at my local post office for TWO DAYS. Then when they delivered it, they decided at 9AM on a Sunday the only day my husband had off work that week, to knock on my door loud as hell and wake up my husband, my baby, my dog, and myself. To deliver a PILLOW CASE. Thank you UPS for waking us up at 9 am on Sunday to deliver that urgent pillow case. I needed to be woken up that moment me and my whole family yes. I just can't even.

Stolen package

UPS did not deliver my package to my apartment instead they are lazy and just dropped it off in a main lobby where it was stolen. This is a one of a kind item that cannot be replaced. This is not the first time where they failed to deliver an item and it was stolen. This is due to laziness of the delivery person. Unacceptable! UPS does not deserve 1 star!

I wonder how how hard is it to investigate who the person that picked up the boxes, who scann them and who put them on what truck from Ontario to BC, Who was the driver, where they went to what destination werhouse instead of giving me different answer every time I call.

Manny days later, infinite phone calls and many lies of where it is, by miracle 3 out of 4 boxes came to my door and 1 out of the 4 to my next door neighbor..

I respect their hard working drivers and fast deliveries, however, when you have an issue with shipment - good luck getting someone to help! The robot on the phone is designed to end your call and not connect you to support. Their website information and the one from the robot differs greatly. The site shows the package being prepared for shipment while the robot tells you there is an issue and to file a claim. Which one is it?

Fraudulent Brokerage Fees

UPS put down a virtually worthless package as worth over $500 without the knowledge or consent of the person who shipped it nor the person who received it and is now trying to collect over $150 in brokerage fees from me when their own website indicates there should have been no brokerage charge at all. I have made multiple phone calls and written multiple emails over the past month and every single person I have spoken to refuses to help me. Do not ship with them. Especially do not ship internationally with them.

Always problem

It's the only company give me all kind of problems with they service. Drivers left packages Al over campground, or sending it back.Unfortunately some Amazon sellers don't have any other options to send a package, if they do I would never use UPS they are suck, nothing but problems.They should at least send you a picture where they dropped your stuff. No responsibility for nothing make drivers dropping packages wherever or maybe never deliver it and says it was delivered. No thrust for UPS at all.
If you have option to use some different delivery, do it.Do not use them!

Bad experience

Pretty bad company. They say they attempted to deliver but the person was not available. They are lying as they don't contact you at the delivery time - no text, no calls, no doorbells.
I contacted customer service twice asking them to tell the delivery person to contact me on arrival. They said I will be notified but I didn't.
The third time they delivered the item on another floor inside my building which I wasn't aware of. I had to search for it when they marked the delivery as complete.

Personal effects were packaged by UPS store and shipped from Toronto to British Columbia. At time of shipping cargo insurance was purchased at the UPS store. Computer arrived damaged and damage was noted at delivery Oct/2023. Formal claim submitted on Dec 5/2023 with accompanying documentation and photos. To date all we have received is standard form letters. It seems as if no effort is being made (by UPS) to actually settle this claim. Trying to get information on the UPS site is like pulling teeth. So in addition to shipping cost and insurance we are stuck with $5,250 worth of damages to computer and monitor. To date there is no sign that UPS actually intends to settle this claim.

UPS IS A JOKE!

UPS It's supposedly a dependable, credible, responsible company. It's more like a s*** show. I had a shipment of two packages in one shipment and somehow one got delivered and the other one got lost. I called on it and they kept giving me the run around said it was here, then said it was going to be sent to back to me, then I was told that it was sent back to the location where I shipped it from so I called there looking for it, they didn't have any idea what I was talking about. They kept transferring me I'm giving me the runaround. Well they lost my package. There were sentimental items in the box that cannot be replaced. The customer service
Is terrible. They really need to get it together, get organized and all be on the same page. I will never recommend them nor will I use them ever again. I don't even want anything shipped to me from somebody else through them. Such a disappointment.

I don't know about other countries, but in Austria (Vienna) UPS services are under any criticism; the worst express courier services; employees lie every time that the recipient is not at home although this is not true at all. They are lazy to work and don't want to deliver parcels to the customer's home, even if the recipient has paid for a courier service; the parcel is paid to be brought home and the couriers take it to collection points because they don't want to work. I do not recommend UPS and will write this review everywhere I get the chance, in Facebook groups, online platforms etc.

THIS COMPANY WILL DESTROY YOUR PACKAGE AND THEN NOT PAY YOU WHAT IT IS WORTH, EVEN AFTER YOU PAY FOR THE INSURANCE TO COVER THE COST. THEY COMPLETELY DESTROYED A CUSTOM BUILD COMPUTER. AFTER IT WAS PICKED UP THEY STATED THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTATION FROM THE SHIPPER THAT PROVES THE COST OR THAT IT WAS DAMAGED.
