I am very happy with your service, my problems that I emphasize to you is that:
- If you can have a service in charge of the express transfer, so that already in two days at the most can have the bottom on our local banks, that would be good.
- My second point is your high costs that you take, you can try to review one, that too would be good.
-Last thing: I ask you to think of us in Africa for the UPAYCARD card, we need it for our withdrawal of money.

I needed to add my bank. Turns out that not all bank use IBAN. So in the IBAN/ACCOUNT field, I wanted to be exact and entered the routing instead of the IBAN and then included my account number at the bank. I uploaded my paper statement and it was rejected. I am so glad it did, because it means they are doing their due diligence. I was notified of the rejection. I was upset because I had lost a day now and I need my wire. But that is what I get for second guessing them and adding a little extra information for myself when I was really screwing up the process. Lesson learned. I edited the bank details so now it matches.

To be honest, at first I encountered issues with the document verification. My documents were denied 1 time due to poor lighting and not fully showing all 4 corners of my License ID, which was true. However, after I corrected the mistake and resubmitted my documents, it was verified. Now Today Currently I am actively using UPayCard for mainly PayPal Deposit, Bitcoin Transactions, and Currency Exchange. If this company continues to keep these options available for United States residents, I will continue to use their service and be a Very Happy Customer:)
Also I wish UPayCard would add Paypal withdrawals. If they do, it would be extremely easy for me, as I use Paypal for majority of my Business transactions. Please consider implementing this, thanks!
[Update]: I see many reviews about people having bank issues, I suggest avoiding using bank deposits and withdrawals. If you can, use one of their alternative methods to fund your UPayCard account. Yes, there may be fees involved but from my personal experience it is very fast and convenient. If you still don't trust this company after a bad experience, I fully understand. I myself am still testing out how this company goes. Will update if any issues arise.
[Update 2]: Seems that UPayCard has yet again removed their option for Paypal Deposits/Withdrawals. Because of this inconvenience, I'm down-rating this review to 3 stars. Hopefully this company will get it together... Not a satisfied customer.
[Update 3]: Unfortunately they do not accept US Clients anymore... Disappointing!

First of all, I don't know why some people are seriously talking. They shouldn't be talking at all then I don't see what's funny about one of them reviews, so far as I'm concerned that they just want attention. If it's a matter of complaining about something or talking about it the right way that should be reason for that. Some people are clearly arrogant and selfish, pathetic and ugly regarding their interest to talk about Upaycard once. Their service is not good at all. They don't reply back nor will I keep repeating myself over here. Like I said, some people would pathetic and ignorant if they don't see me. I'm fed up of everything certain people, let alone fed up of UpayCard. Not only do they not help me, but they also are pathetic. Some people shouldn't comment at all, if all they do is expect attention or respect from one "review from themselves." "Me and my friend have been using UpayCard for over a year" however, that doesn't mean UpayCard have the best service. I'm serious.
I transferred money from my dutch bank to upaycard by bankwire... they gave me a bank in litouwen... first my own bank was superspicious about the transfer to litouwen... finally the sended it to the upaycard-bank...
Its now 14 days (10 business-days) and still no transfer on my account... i phoned my bank about it, cuz normally its 2 days for normal european countries... my bank told me always problems with litouwen... upaycard answered with protocol-answers... my advice never use bankwire in upaycard...!

My experience with Upaycard has been amazing, so easy to deal with, they have the best customer service ever, and contacting them twice for paperworks matter, and both time problem solved in no time.
I've been trying to get my money from these people since May 16,2016 and today it's June 2nd. They kicked every single one of my government issued IDs back each claiming they couldn't see me but they had absolutely no reason why they rejected my military retiree ID. They even rejected my passport... twice! I tried to get someone on chat and ended up going around in circles with a bot, a total waste of time! I don't know what this company's deal is but it's way passed more than ridiculous...
Best upaycard team is working and all team members are very responsible and coprate person, i m happy because I'm part of upaycard member.and I suggest to my friends to use upaycard
When I created my account on UPayCard I don't like the verification steps, they are too many steps. So, I contacted the chat service to make a complaint and I chatted with a very kind person. She was patient with me and understood my problem just from our short conversation. She answered all my questions and explained the verification process. Thank you for your help.

I had my middle name as part as my name on UPay but not on PayPal so payment was rejected. Bryan was able to delete my middle name on UPay and payment went through from PayPal.
