Never received an email about accounts closing been with them for a year and then they decide to decline US Clients from accessing money in the account. US has no law in Cyprus ask for bank details they already have and wont let me back into my account to get the money out...
First of all, I don't know why some people are seriously talking. They shouldn't be talking at all then I don't see what's funny about one of them reviews, so far as I'm concerned that they just want attention. If it's a matter of complaining about something or talking about it the right way that should be reason for that. Some people are clearly arrogant and selfish, pathetic and ugly regarding their interest to talk about Upaycard once. Their service is not good at all. They don't reply back nor will I keep repeating myself over here. Like I said, some people would pathetic and ignorant if they don't see me. I'm fed up of everything certain people, let alone fed up of UpayCard. Not only do they not help me, but they also are pathetic. Some people shouldn't comment at all, if all they do is expect attention or respect from one "review from themselves." "Me and my friend have been using UpayCard for over a year" however, that doesn't mean UpayCard have the best service. I'm serious.

Julian was so helpful and I really needed it. I have had so many problems with my verification documents and often it was my fault but I was always on the livechat asking people for help but they seem to just copy and paste answers.
Julian is a star and has talked me through it. I've submitted the documents again so fingers crossed it's approved.
I have to liquidate some btc to pay the deposit on a new house next week! So having Julian there to help was amazing. I was losing my mind!
I decided to update my review because I have finally finalized the verification process thanks to the awesome chat team that Upaycard has. Have been going back an forth with them to withdraw my money. Nothing I send them seems to get past the approval process. I think they bank on you to get frustrated and just say never mind. After doing everything possible as far as uploading bank documents, now it wont give me the option to sign up for a physical card. UPaycard sucks you need to make this process more user friendly. I gave it 1 star because the chat team seems to be very knowledgeable and attempt to assist.
Created an account with these guys a while ago, the verification of the documents is the most difficult stuff, however if the instructions are followed everything gets accepted really fast.
A variety of load methods and the transfers always worked out great for me. I would highly recommend it.
Upaycard is undoubtedly the worst and most unethical e-wallet out there. They have a small cubicle in London from where they operate. In my knowledge, they are less than 10 Eastern-European guys in a room processing all the transactions. They charged me $500 on a $******* after fraudulently holding my money for 3 months. Run away while you can, these guys definitely are out there for quick bucks and not business relations. I would definitely give them a lot of business but if you take 3 months for a 15 minute transaction, it is not sustainable.
