I just received a dress that I ordered and it did not fit. So I went to the website to find out how to return it. The websites says to contact the company at "*******@uoozee.com" for their permission. There is no such place!
I gave the opportunity to this company and bought a dress. Dress was bigger than expected and I am trying since more than a week to have information about how to return the item and no one answer. Please do not take the risk not even this items looks beautiful. It is a headache.
They are AWFUL! Idiot me not checking prior ordering. Made quite a big order because I badly needed new clothing and dresses as pictured were really stunning looking. Tried to contact their customer service to have news about shipping and delivery times... send 5 email, none of them has been answered! Than I decided to look further into this and searched info about this uozee... being scammed? Hell yeah! Going to reverse my Paypal payment!
I received the product in good condition and in a timely fashion. I ordered it in a larger size than the chart indicated and it was too small. I received a timely response to my concern and the offer of $12.00 for an item I paid nearly $60.00 for or I could return it, but would have to pay shipping to China. I would strongly recommend buyer beware and will not order from them again.
I got pant. They looked very big and great on picture. Claimed one size. They came very small. Barely got to my knee. Look totally ugly. And on top of everything they want me to return to China. Which is extremely expensive
Ordered for the 1st time and got my package of 5- tops, Love them all! They're my style and are all becoming. I was concerned about the size. Ordered Medium, instead of small - just in case. And they are true to size. The quality is tops! I would definitely order from them again,
I purchased the items but a wrong size and bad quality clothes so wanted to return but I have to return items to China and need to cover the shipping fee. They should mention it in return policy that need to send back to China at least. I do not recommend to purchase from Uoozee if you are outside of China. You will waste your money.

I ordered 5 items. Most of the items were just horrible. The material of one of the dresses seemed to be coat lining. Another dress was almost see-through and the 3rd one war nothing like the picture. One dress was OK and the last one has not arrived yet (after one month). I contacted customer service to get a return address. After getting the run around and 5 emails later, I still do not have a return address. The last email offered me $25 to keep the items. They are not worth $5 and I paid $136. Never again I will order from this store and I am to the point that I contact my credit card company to out a hold on the money until I get a return address.
None of the items that I bought which were four items equaling about $120. Nothing fit right the quality of the items is poor. Doesn't fit to their own measurements and I'm a seamstress so I can measure myself. They Would not give me Return address when requested to make a full return. They first offered me $30 in return to keep the items and gift them to people because they were located in China and it was too difficult? I paid extra insurance to make sure this wouldn't happen. I said no so then they offered me $40 and then they offered me $50 and finally sent me their address but look - I wanted a full Return in time allotted and this not a bargaining situation. I'm done with this garbage and this company. This company is not to be trusted do not waste your money.
This application is all what I have been looking for since forever. The design of it is well arranged. There are different and many categories of very beautiful, fashionable and unique clothes. I wish I can buy all of my clothes from this application
They are scam, stay away! The promised cotton and linen fabrics turned out to be cheap polyester paper thin and feels like sand paper. The sizes and measurements they put on site are not what you get. And the cherry on the top - they never refund.
This company is awful! I ordered 3 items. Never received an order confirmation. Never received the order. It has been over 2 months now. They will not respond to emails. The only thing they are good at is taking money from your account. Please stay clear of this site. It is fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I notice some Uoozee customers complain about size and return policy. I too encountered that at the start - but they are a Chinese company and learning about customer service. When I realized this I became very patient and they are getting it - day by day. So, if you really like the styles and the prices - hang in. They are on a learning curve and are trying very hard. The designs are amazing and the quality is better and better. I wish I needed more. I think I could buy at least half the styles their site!
I love Uoozee's styles. And the prices and the quality. But more than this - it is my style - my kind of clothes and I absolutely am delighted that someone has created so many for me to choose from. Other new companies have come along and tried to create the same lines and shapes - but they just miss. I have looked at all of them and for the style, the price and the perfect shipping fee - This is my choice. I suggest you take a look. Something there has your name on it!
Three days before the day I was supposed to wear the dress, it arrived. I steam-pressed the garment and put it on. The clothing matched the website's image 98 times out of 100. The outfit was ideal. I was showered with accolades.
Warning! This company is based in China. They will not pay for returns. They will offer you $6 and try to get you to reorder. They do not back any purchases. The material is cheap, thin, and rips easily. However, my chief complaint is that I bought a "free sized" item that arrived in a size large. No way to wear, no way to return unless I pay to return it to China. NO WAY I WILL EVER ORDER from this company again!
I went for the shorter version of the cloak as I'm 5'1" and absolutely love it. I purchased the forest green cloak. It took about two months to arrive, but was packaged nicely and is a light weight yet warm cloak. The seams are serged and overall I would recommend.
The delivery is just in time and services is very good.

Answer: Absolutely not! Do not waste your money on this company. Their sizes are not accurate and are not for large women. I bought several items according to the size charts thinking they would be nice and roomy. What I got was not even close. Now, I'm trying to get a refund for all the money I spent and they are playing stupid. They have the item information and they are repeatedly asking for the same details. I am going to start the Paypal complaint process and report this to the Better Business Bureau. Spread the word!
