Their delivery service is one of best! I ordered 3 dresses, and the shipment process was a so fast and i received the items in high condition. Dress quality are great and i will definitely i will buy more and more and i will tell my friends about it

I was unable to return items and they told me they would give me $50 and I could keep the clothes. That's ridiculous. I tried to return the items but it w I would have cost more than the items were worth. Do not buy from them!
I ordered a few items a while ago and I still didn't receive them. I emailed them but they didn't reply to any of my emails, so I texted them on other social media sites and they told me to email them on their customer service email, but they still didn't reply. They didn't ship my clothes and they didn't refund the money. I'm so disappointed. (The attached photo is a confirmation email they sent me after ordering)
I ordered jeans. I checked the dimensions on the site and chose my size. They jeans arrived and were the dimensions of a smaller size- not a little bit smaller but a whole size smaller. After sending pictures and several emails they refused the reimburse me or exchange the jeans even though they were at fault. Never again. UPDATE: They offered to refund my money if I would remove this review.
I ordered from UOOZEE through Amazon. I thought this would be stress free in the event items needed to be returned. Well, items needed returning. The return instructions directed me to an email address to request return slip from Uoozee. For the slip took it to UPS for return and was told the address was to Asia so the cost would be $100-$200 dollars. The item didn't cost that much. I will file a complaint with Amazon and NEVER order from this place again!
Being a "big" girl it is hard to buy clothes at all, needless to say online! I took a chance with Uoozee and I was VERY glad I did! The sizes are what they say they are! The quality is wonderful, beautifully made, nice fabrics. They came when they said they would and the packaging was nice. I did make sure to buy items that said loose fitting and they were, which is what I like. I received many complements about them ( I purchased two jumpsuits). I will buy again.

Do not order from this company. The clothing looks nothing like on the website. The fabrics feel like foam instead of fleece. The wrinkles will not come out, even with an iron. Only one of the 3 garments I ordered is even wearable. Do not order from this company unless you like being scammed.
To start with I ordered a couple of items and they contacted me to say that the items were out of stock so I picked different ones, this process was repeated multiple times every time I picked something different it wasn't in stock. Finally I got some items delivered they didn't come close to matching the measurements given. I asked to return and refund they refused and offered to pay me a small portion of the amount to keep it. I accepted and followed up weeks later to find out where the refund is they say it's my bank and they have refunded. I contact my bank no payment has been processed. They countine to tell me to keep waiting for it. My advice do not buy from here the clothes are average and the service is deplorable.

I ordered a navy blue "cotton linen button dress". I did get a dress. It is "uniform blue", maybe faded blue jeans blue but it is not navy blue. The label says 100% polyester but I am not sure what the fabric really is. The size is fine.
The label is not Uozee, but from another company, Yu Zao. Uozee has not yet answered my email. I won't buy again which is too bad. I like the style and was hoping for to find linen clothes.
Now that I have read these reviews I will make do with the garment but won't buy again.
I made an order, then I wanted to cancel one of the items, and as they said on their webiste I could send an email within 24 hours to get a full refund.
I sent an email a few hours later, before it was 24 hours, they didnt respond, I sent three emails, no response, and suddenly I get an email saying my order has been shipped! With all items!
Now I should wait, then return the items again, orI dont know! They are just not answering my emails!

The dress I ordered and the dress I received are totally different. It took three weeks and then it was the wrong dress. If the dress I received was "okay" I wouldn't have been writing this review. I ordered an oversized batwing sweater. The picture showed an adult, so I figured I would get something that would fit an adult. Wrong. What I got is something that may fit a skinny 12 year old, in the wrong color.

Answer: Absolutely not! Do not waste your money on this company. Their sizes are not accurate and are not for large women. I bought several items according to the size charts thinking they would be nice and roomy. What I got was not even close. Now, I'm trying to get a refund for all the money I spent and they are playing stupid. They have the item information and they are repeatedly asking for the same details. I am going to start the Paypal complaint process and report this to the Better Business Bureau. Spread the word!
