I love my items, I'm super happy with the design. Fantastic.

Ordered a dress for a NYE party in early December, and it was advertised that it would be delivered within 10 days. The dress was never delivered. Multiple emails back and forth with Uoozee customer service who claim the dress was delivered (no proper tracking), to a different city. Gave me a China phone number to call for a supposed shipper. I said NO, I'm not making an international call to an obscure shipper who you supposedly sent a dress through and to the wrong address (I'm questioning whether or not this is even a legitimate company). I've asked for a refund, and they only reply to my emails telling me to call a shipping company in China (not a normal shipper like DHL or FedEx). STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this company and website. I'm deducing this is a SCAM company.

If your in Canada don't not order from there website.i ordered two outfits unfortunately they did not fit.I returned the items but never got my refund.

This ensemble fits nicely and is a classic, albeit the material is once again lacking. Thanks for everything.

The experience with Uoozee was good. I waited for the arrival of items 2 or 3 weeks, but it is ok. This dress is very very nice! It suites me and the size is correct. I love it very much. The quality is very good.

None of the items that I bought which were four items equaling about $120. Nothing fit right the quality of the items is poor. Doesn't fit to their own measurements and I'm a seamstress so I can measure myself. They Would not give me Return address when requested to make a full return. They first offered me $30 in return to keep the items and gift them to people because they were located in China and it was too difficult? I paid extra insurance to make sure this wouldn't happen. I said no so then they offered me $40 and then they offered me $50 and finally sent me their address but look - I wanted a full Return in time allotted and this not a bargaining situation. I'm done with this garbage and this company. This company is not to be trusted do not waste your money.

These pants are absolutely beautiful, very well made and I love them can dress them up or down.

Love these as can be both casual or dressy! Nice fit, don't crease easily and will stay in fashion as they are classy!

Cloths looks very different from the photos on their website. Cheap material. No reply back from their costumer service for return and refund. I contacted them two times and just no reply!

****SCAM ALERT*** I placed an order with Uoozee on November 12,2023, and If I could give this site no stars I would. The items shown in the photos on this site are not an accurate description of what you will receive. I ordered seven items and after waiting a significant amount of time for delivery, none of them were as described online. Not to mention, the size charts are extremely inaccurate. I items I received were distorted, irregular, and poorly made. The items appear to be Dollar Tree quality with an insane markup. The items were not the same material or size described on site, even after sizing up. In addition, the items have thread and gaps throughout the clothing and dents and dings on the other items that have rendered them useless. Also, buyers should beware of the crappy return policy. I requested a return address for the items and was met by someone by the name of "Amber" who wanted to play Let's Make a Deal. Rather than sending the return address, Amber had the audacity to offer me a $12 refund. When I explained that I spent well over $100 Amber then offered me $22. I have found better items at the Goodwill Store for less than half of what I paid for this trash. If you want quality, Uoozee does not even scratch the surface. Shop with an establishment that stands by its products, and establishment that provides premier customer service.

Excellent after sale service. Very helpful staff working readily to keep the customer satisfied.

We also try our best to process the package. We contacted the post office and the package was returned to the fulfillment center where it was destroyed. Not only did we lose the clothes, but we also paid for shipping. So everyone takes a step back and talks

Love the quality but I haven't had anywhere to wear it to since the corona.

I gave the opportunity to this company and bought a dress. Dress was bigger than expected and I am trying since more than a week to have information about how to return the item and no one answer. Please do not take the risk not even this items looks beautiful. It is a headache.

The website claims returns are easy, but they actually don't exist. I ended up paying $86 for a $34 dress that was probably worth $10. They wouldn't send an exchange,and instead offered me a 15% discount to buy a new one. This is so frustrating, and now i have a bag of brand new clothes that don't fit and will end up at Goodwill. Horrible company, cheap clothes, terrible service.

Cheap cheap clothing! The white shirts were yellow! They say they accept returns, but the least expensive shipping option was $60. My whole order was $100. I just donated the whole box!

It was fun to shop with uoozee. I accidentally bought two things, but customer service fixed the issue for me the following day. I was thrilled with the goods' outstanding quality and flawless fit when I first received them.
