I have over 30 reptiles in my collection. I bought a giant waxy tree frog and a adult savannah a while ago and the both died after a day or two of having them. The savannah was a twig when I got it and wouldn't eat and the tree frog wax dark green and really dry I did my best trying to keep them alive but eventually they passed. I emailed them about the savannah, they messaged back once then just ignored me. I just messaged them about the tree frog and doubt they're gonna help.
First time ordering animals online. Package arrived on time and all animals were alive and well. Will definitely order from them again.

Very healthy and well cared for iguanas, that come in beautiful. If your buying one of the wild caught green iguanas just know it is going to be very difficult to tame them down because the wild is all they know, and you might stress them out a ton messing with them to much. But other than that my baby axenthic iguana cam in looking great and I ordered a red iguana as well some time back that has been doing soo good and just eats like a pig.

I've done business with Underground Reptiles for probably close to 8 years now. I've visited the store a number of times and have had some of my best pets in my collection purchased online and have never had any issues. It's a pretty busy store but the employees will still help you as much as they can and this goes for online as well. I just received an albino male bci yesterday. He's a gorgeous snake with a great temperament and no health issues. He's awesome!

This is the second time I have purchased from this company, before I purchased a Venezuelan Sun Tiger from them, she is doing great!
The pede i purchased from them is doing great even though I havent seen it since in its new enclosure, which im guessing is a good thing.
Will def do business again with them anything related to reptiles or inverts!

I received a healthy Pink Salmon bird eater that's already eating. The container they sent it in is even big enough to keep it in until it gets a little bigger.

I happened upon Underground Reptiles when an order of frozen mice for my snake (from a different vendor) was over a week late to ship with no tracking info. I was panicking - I just moved to a remote town with no way to obtain frozen mice - that I know of, at this time. I figured I'd order another batch from a new vendor and hope they would arrive, and soon. Wonderfully, they did! They arrived the next day, packed well in dry ice and still frozen. I am thankful to have happened upon Underground Reptiles and will continue to purchase from them.

They had glass frogs in stock and no other place online does. Shipping was extremely fast for the price. Great customer service as well! My frogs are doing very well and in great shape.

I was first iffy about ordering online but I started doing my research and happen to come across you guy's. My baby Tegu and baby Tarantule came in healthy and already eating properly. Only problem I have is the Tegu came a little too skittish and already bit me 3 times trying to handle, but that all comes with the love for reptiles. She must get used to me. I will be purchasing from you guy's again for sure soon, Thank you for making my experience fast and easy.

Received my baby nile monitor today in perfect condition nice and healthy, great place all around, only thing that sucked was on UPS shipping my lizard was supposed to arrive by 10:30 am and did not arrive until 5:00 PM so I was going crazy all day hoping my lizard was gonna come safe and healthy which it did, UPS needs to be better with time especially for live animals that's my only complaint

I ordered 4 tarantulas and they all arrived in healty condition in less than 24 hours. One of the species I originally ordered was out of stock.
