My 13-year-old daughter wanted to raise a baby mud turtle. We were super nervous about ordering online! After reading the reviews about Underground Reptiles, we felt safe to purchase her turtle online. Then came the worry about how it would be shipped, how it would survive etc. The process was amazingly reassuring! I was given updates every step of the way and knew exactly where our little turtle was until he arrived safely at our home! Immediately out of the container he was alert and active! Today is the second day with him and he is eating and adjusting well to his new environment! Highly recommend using Underground Reptiles!

I received my baby tortoise in good condition and faster than I expected. Amazing customer service because they called me once it was delivered to make sure everything was okay. Also they gave me some care advices and told me to contact them if any questions. I'm glad I bought at this amazing store.

I ordered my cane toad two days ago and got it today in the mail. Underground reptiles was definitely the cheapest. Although my toad is alive and kicking, it is VERY skinny. You can see it's poor bones poking out from under its skin. I get that the toad hasn't eaten for 12 hours but it shouldn't be that skinny. Underground reptiles should maybe do a better job feeding/taking care of their animals. Other than that, great purchase. I am planning on fattening up my toad so they're healthy again.

W were very satisfied that the pacman frog was delivered on time, or within the delivery time given, but not even a full 24 hours after we got him he died. And we spent a TON of money making sure we had EVERYTHING you could possibly think of for him, ordered first kit for pacman frog PLUS PLENTY extra to make sure he would be comfortable in his living environment but tried to feed him several times and all he would do was sleep. Ended up passing away not even 15 hours after he had been delivered and was only held twice. Once by myself and once by my 12 year old little girl in which he was ordered for. Very disappointing and upset. She cried for several hours, been wanting this frog for a long time and finally was able to make sure we were able to get everything he needed.

I ventured off to find a turtle, but I had high expectations. I didn't want to Just ANY turtles, I wanted them to be healthy, active, cared for. I used to have 2 babies until they were kept from me after a breakup. It had strong sentimental value. I found different websites but all had concerning reviews & no response from the company. I found this place and after reading some reviews I decided to give it a try. And I'm glad I did! They kept me posted on the entire shipment process, I received my yellow belly babies overnighted. They were kept safe & the packaging was perfect for the travel to Cali. I received 2 healthy & active turtles & they are swimming around as we speak. I even got a phone call as soon as they were delivered to ensure I'd received them! Thank you for the gift of joy in a box! I will surely be back for any pet needs in the future!
