They have very friendly and responsive customer service. We encountered an issue (that was not their fault) but they resolved the issue quickly and easily.
They made my first time buying a snkake online easy and enjoyable. They answered any questions i has! The snakes shipped out at 8pm and arrived at 11am. They all looked amazing, UG Reptiles was an amazing company to work with. Would 10/10 reccomend to anyone!

When ordering a tarantula. I have ordered from lots of other stores, most are what I expect. I have 14 tarantulas. I must say - wow - this is such a joy to get as big a spider as u sent me.

I love my Red-Eared Slider! She came on time and super fast. As soon as I got her in her tank she immediately started swimming around. She's super energetic and very aware of when I come into the room and will lift her head up to look at me and say hi. I will definitely use Underground Reptiles again!

We had awesome customer service and no issues whatsoever, unlike previous place. My son received his crabs within 18 hours of ordering them, they are alive and healthy and he is so happy, will only use them from now on.

Im so appreciative of underground reptiles, a month ago i paid for two turtles through reptile city inc and the took my money and never sent my two turtles. So after doing more intensive research found underground reptiles and prayed everything would go right thus time so i ordered 1 turtle and a a lighting fixture and as planned my lil baby chase arrived this morning ahead of schedule. He looks good and healthy and has already started eating a lil of the food i placed in his tank. Proud turtle mom here will definitely shop here again.

My order for three sliders arrived, but the box felt too light. Upon opening the box, I found that it was empty, and appeared that it had never been used. I asked UR for an explanation and was told to "take it up with UPS". Since I cannot prove whether UR did not have the turtles, or whether shipping was asleep at the wheel, or that the UPS agent cut open the box, removed the turtles and then used identical tape to reclose the box, I'll need to absorb the loss and try to another supplier. Regardless, videotape your deliveries from UR while opening the box for proof of empty boxes.
Hi Marshall, We confirmed with our packing department that those turtles were indeed packed inside that box. We also asked for a video of the empty box and we were not provided one. We asked you to also make a claim with ups as well to help confirm that the box was not tampered with in transit. That has to be done by the receiver. We are very sorry for this occurance and would like to get to the bottom of this. Please send us a video of the empty box. Thank you very much.
