I bought 3 blue iguanas from this company paid 320$ for them and 2 of them recently passed away only had them for 9 days I messaged numerous people and they also say this company is known for selling sick animals to people and I heard of other people personal experiences with them. I emailed the company about them sending me sick iguanas and they kept asking question but my set up was perfect how it should be for them my other iguanas I bought before used the same setup and are perfectly fine this company has no quality control at all and what they did to fix it they told me I can buy another at their whole sale cost with reduced shipping to what send me a "healthy one" they offered no full refund or another iguana. Will never do business with them and I'm warning everyone about this company.
Hi Alfonso, we are so sorry to hear that some of your iguanas passed away. We see you received your iguanas on 6/10/20. Our customer service team member, Amanda, called you at 4:03 PM on 6/10 after she saw the animals had been delivered to you to see how they arrrived. We conduct followup calls on every single animal shipment to ensure the animals arrived fine. You did not answer and we were unable to leave a message since your voicemail is not setup. The next time we heard from you about the animals was not until 6/19/20 when you reported that one of the iguanas had passed away. We asked you to fill out our order issue report, which you did. We did have a few recommendations for your setup and the types of food you were feeding but the bottom line was that no issue was reported when your animals arrived. You must understand that when dealing with live animals and shipping them, we can only guarantee live, visibly healthy arrival. After an animal is out of our care and in the care of another person it is impossible to guarantee it. In your case, you were caring for these animals for 9 days before you contacted us to report any type of issue. If the animals you received were bad to begin with then why would you wait 9 days to report any type of issue? We are still more than happy to extend a discounted replacement to you.
I placed an order with them online they called me right before shipping and double checked everything. Got my baby turtle today and he is so energetic. Love him.

Live creatures get shipped via overnight delivery when ordering through Underground Reptiles. I checked the delivery window this morning to see that UPS had experienced a delay. I received a call AND email from UR about the delay, how their live animal guarantee still applied, and to be sure to contact them if there were any issues with the critters. Well, not too long after, I got my delivery and everything came in healthy. My children were happy and I'm happy with the service. Thankfully I didn't need to make use of the guarantee, but it looks like the this business stands by their agreements. If my children ever want more millipedes or isopods, I know I'll order from Underground Reptiles again.

The women at customer service should never work at this place and nor with the animals. She didn't care that package with the live animal didn't arrive at the time. UPS anonced "delivered" - it wasn't true - so she don't care about the package and animal. She was very rude and hang off the phone.

You were yelling and screaming at our team member who was attempting to help you. We did not hang up the phone, you hung up on us. You package and animals were delivered just fine.
