My experience with underground reptiles couldn't be better so far. Ordered my babies yesterday about noon and they were here about 10 this morning. I got a text they were shipped. A text they were being shipped to me a couple hrs before they got here and a text after I received them that they were delivered ( I already had them) everyone seems healthy and active, but they are in their quarantine tanks. Over all great experience.

My son begged for a sulcata tortoise for his birthday. I scoured the internet for the best for the buck type of thing. The website was very helpful and all the amazing reviews. This was my second order of isopods, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the animals, the packing, and the level of customer service. I placed my order at 5:45 pm last night after work, and the shipment was delivered to my home this morning at 10 a.m. I received a follow up call within two hours of receipt, as well as follow up emails. My daughter wanted a green iguana for her birthday, she and I researched the needs of an iguana for about six months and planned to purchase one from a local store. During our research we ran across Underground Reptile's web site because they had a lot of useful information on how to take care of an iguana. That's when it happened, we discovered the blue iguana, wow do they look awesome. My daughter decided that she wanted a blue iguana so we went around to a couple of local stores but they only had green iguanas. With the Covid outbreak I was a little leery about purchasing a live animal online. But Underground Reptiles came through for us, they responded within 24 hours to my purchase that I made on a Sunday. The blue iguana was shipped next day air that Monday and received it the following Tuesday. But wait there's more, they kept in touch with me the whole way, by email and text, thanks Peter W! I will be a returning customer for sure.

I ordered 3 baby iguanas one arrived not alive buy contacted underground reptiles to let them know within the 2-hour window herb delivery I had no problem with the service that was giving to me they sent another iguana to me the next day with no cost to me and they were very polite when I spoke to them in my opinion this is a good place to order you're reptiles and get great service

He wouldn't eat from the start i chalked it up to the move. His appetite never got better. I woke up to a dead iguana
Hi Linda, we are very sorry to hear your iguana passed away. We see you received your iguana on 6/3/20. We did receive the email you sent to us on 7/2/30 claiming the iguana had passed away 3 days prior to contacting us. That is the only correspondence we ever received from you after the animal had been delivered. You never contacted us to let us know there was an issue with the animal so we could assist you. Upon looking at the photos you posted with this review we can tell the iguana was not living in the correct environment. Iguanas are tropical animals and should have a large water bowl in there enclosure, not a tiny deli cup lid. They also should not be kept on sand, but instead some kind bark or mulch that will retain humidity. Also, iguanas should be offered a mixture of green leaf vegetables, shredded carrots, zucchini, squash, and other similar vegetables to eat. You also have what looks to be branches made out of duct tape which is very unsafe for the animal. If you would like a full care sheet for one then please contact us at info@undergroundreptiles.com. I ordered a set of 3 cumberland turtles and 2 arrived good and healthy, but one was not healthy. They arrived on 6-23-2020 and today he died. Ues indeed they call you right away to make sure they arrived but in reality you can't see 8f the animals arrived good and healthy within in 2 hrs that Underground reptiles give you to file a complaint. Like i said, 2 of the 3 arrived healthy and the 3rd one just didn't want to eat nor swim or even open his eyes.We noticed this the 2nd day that he wasn't active as the other 2. Today 6-29-2020 my daughter is very sad and emotional due too the poor judgment of Underground reptiles shipping us unhealthy turtle. Thats bad for business...
As you can see in the picture with the blue arrow the turtle had something in his eyes and never did opened them.
