I am very pleased with the service from underground reptiles they checked the heat advisory in my area and called me with concerns for the tortoises I recently ordered tortoises from a different website and the health and weight from underground reptiles was way better thanks a lot

I received the baby turtle purchased for my daughter within two days of placing the order. Normally, the turtle would have been overnighted, but I was able to push the delivery to the next day. Honestly, customer service is excellent! Immediately after I placed my order I received a call to confirm my order and make a change. My daughter's turtle arrived healthy and very active. I was really surprised to find out that I could have iguanas delivered to my door from Florida with just a click of my finger. I am really happy with my new pets. I ordered a pair and the male is doing great, my female is slowly coming around and was effected the most from the shipping. It's been a little over a week and everything is well. I will be purchasing from underground reptiles again. I was getting txt alerts for my overnight shipping, and the box was delivered the next morning before 10am. And was contacted by staff to make sure everything was ok and satisfactory.

Despite a setback with the overnight delivery due to weather. This little guy arrived in great shape, a little cold and weary from his journey, but nothing a nice basking in his new home didnt fix. My wife has waited 20 years to get one and we could not be happier

I was able to request a specific sex with ease. Customer service is prompt to answer. Animal arrived with no issues and they even called just to make sure I didn't have any problems.

My Tegu arrived on time and in perfect condition! Sometimes they make a little bit of a mistake. I bought an iced tega this time, but they seem to have sent me a black and white tega, so it was a bit frustrating.

I have bought from underground reptiles twice now. Both times the reptiles came in perfectly healthy and packaged professionally. My first order was three baby Nile monitors and the second order a few months later was a baby gold Tegu. They even called me to ask about how the order was received. They ship overnight and communicate very well. I will for sure be ordering more in the future.

Bought A 3-PACK of baby red ear turtles. Came in a day late (the mail carriers fault). The turtles are just as described and are very active. Thank you the kids love to watch them swim.
