I got three nile monitors. I asked for 2 female and a male. Although you can't be positive, I would say that's what they sent me. They went the extra mile. Great size and all three of them ate on the second day. I could not be happier. The price was the best on the internet and the delivery was super fast. They even checked back after the delivery to make sure everything was good. I would not buy my reptiles from anyone else.
Real good customer service helped me get a refund and exchange my first purchase for what I needed with no problem.

After I placed my order online, I promptly got a call from someone at U. R. to discuss delivery arrangements. He was concerned about the hot weather forecast in my area, and wanted to make sure the animal wouldn't be sitting in the hear. We made arrangements for a Fedex pickup, and the animal showed up right on time and in great health. Definitely appreciate the attention to detail.
Yes, if your local temperatures are out of our shipping parameter we give our customers the option to ship to a Fedex or Ups customer center. We are so happy to hear how happy you are with your order.
My daughter bought a baby turtle from here and they shipped her out and it took 4 days for her to show up she was dry and very cold and about died then I had ordered a tortoise also and my baby showed up in a box in a bowl covered in styrofoam with no air holes she was extremely dry and cold I have had her now three weeks and I still can't get her to eat normally I don't know if she will live

We love our new reptile babies! They came in alert and excited for their new home, they were shipped at 6pm and delivered at 9am the following day. We will be returning for future pets

Ordered my 2nd Sulcata Friday received it on Saturday didn't realize that there was another shipping charge for $19 on top of normal shipping for Saturday delivery but was well worth it! Baby arrived healthy and full of energy eating like a champ! Thanks guys

Both chameleons arrived in great condition, very thirsty, but in this weather, to be expected. They settled into their enclosures and started eating right away. They're larger than expected... should have gotten medium crickets instead of small. Thanks for the great service, will definitely order again.

I ordered a baby axolotl from underground reptiles Tuesday and it arrived Thursday morning in prime condition. I would highly recommend underground reptiles to anyone looking for exotic pets.
Was worried because of the extreme heat for the safe delivery of the turtle hatchling... the package arrived next day early afternoon due to a delay with ups... thank goodness he arrived alive and well! Was packaged with care... kept cool and my granddaughter is thrilled with her new buddy! Will definitely recommend!

This is my first time ordering reptiles online and this was a really amazing experience! They did great with shopping and they called automatically to make sure my order was getting to the right place and all 3 of my baby turtles came very healthy and very well packaged! And overnight shipping just like it said! Even the UPS man waited so my turtles wouldn't get eaten by ants or anything I totally recommend this website for any animal!

I ordered an Elliot's Chameleon and a baby citrus Beardie- two lizards I've wanted for a long time. The order was immediately acknowledged and I got shipping updates. I think the package may have been kept in a warmer part of the UPS delivery truck as it was warm to the touch when I picked it up and that worried me. The delivery person knocked on my door and was gone a few seconds later when I opened the door. I don't know if that's because of covid19 or because he saw the work "reptiles" and crapped his pants. That was a common occurence even before COVID19 when I've ordered reptiles with both Fedex and UPS. The baby beardie was very alert, active and cute. The Chameleon was a little sluggish and wouldn't open his or her eyes at first, but perked right up when held in the sunlight for a few seconds (I kept that brief because it's super hot out today an Elliots is a species that needs cooler temperatures.
