I worked there as a fabricator, they were good with the diamond and emerald boards, even the basic lightsound was good, then they went to the newest "plug and play" assembly and they ruined it, now it would be better to buy cheap sabers from amazon, they treat employees like crap, supervisors are children, the owner is a narcissistic megalomaniac who could care less about quality or people. The whole comany is a failure at this point. Shop elsewhere.
The quality of the saber overall is amazing because the lighting and soundboard really do make you feel like you are holding a lightsaber and it doesn't even have to be a neo pixel to accomplish this. Emory is a genius.

I've thought about getting one for years but never did out of fear of disappointment. Did a random box and loved what I got. The night it got here we ordered two more.
It took about a month for me to get my package because of the new movie, shows and other stuff going crazy with star wars so I can understand that. Either way love the saber and will be ordering again.
Quick shipping was sent literally the next day of being ordered, i am satisfied with my mystery box and saber. I will definitively buy more products from you. Very good products. Wish it could be cheaper though but overall satisfied.
Almost everything arrived exactly on time. Some product were delivered 6 weeks earlier than expected. Creations of what I ordered are absolutely phenomenal and friendly customer service. Also easy and efficient way of paying! (I am still waiting on other products which have pushed past the expected wait date)
Hilt is absolutely perfect. However I will recommend you get the heavy grade blade because my mid grade one has broken off. Just the tip and a bit of glue helped that. Would be great to get another one eventually but overall fantastic
I ordered my 16 yr old a grand master at the last moment, 9 days before his birthday. I know nothing about light sabers.The customer service was very helpful and had it delivered to Alberta Canada within 6 days. The saber is very well built and my son is extremely happy. Thank you ultra sabers.
Ordered my first saber with these guys and they did not disappoint! The color of blade is amazing and the sound quality is absolutely incredible, made me feel like a Jedi just holding it. Will be ordering another very soon as there are so many amazing hilts to choose from. Fast shipping and high quality, would recommend to anyone who wants a top quality saber.
I paid for Priority Shipping and it took over a month to get here. However Customer service was very polite and helpful. The brass section on my emitter is tarnished and/or rusted, it just really looks horrible. Also I did NOT order a cover tech wheel or a recharge port for my saber and they were installed anyway... Not sure why seeing as those features cost more money to get? All in all I must say that I'm disappointed with the amount of extra time it took for my saber to get here and also disappointed with the lack of attention to detail with my order. For $500 you should get it right no questions asked.
There's not a lot for me to say, I don't know much about the technical stuff that went into it. It's pretty, it's fun I've spent at least an hour or two twirling it around like a crazy person every day since I got it. I already want another one.
There a great business they have given the consumer options on what we want and get it done, dusted and shipped out too me super fast. If I want a certain product of there's or for a present. I choose an item, then i'm given options to make it unique to my taste or character, pay pal it. BOOM! It's on my door within 5 days, 4 if i order it on a monday. Most places online is three months fabrication, but they know their business and know what the consumer wants. Their customer service could be better when it comes too returning emails though or about maintenance. But that's a small price too pay,
It's the largest flashlight we've ever owned. My husband uses it every night to find his way through the bedroom while I'm asleep, knowing that the galaxy is protected and the rebel alliance lives on!
The saber arrived within 2 weeks from USA to Australia. Was well packed in bubble wrap.
Postage cost was pretty High at around $70 US. But online tracking was spot on. And could see where it was at every step of the way. My son was really happy with it.
The saber is heavy and good build quality.

I bought a saber from here and it took almost 6 weeks to get to me. When it finally did, all the little pieces on it started to fall off and there was a rattle. So I had to manually fox the rattle and super glue all the pieces back onto it. For a purchase this expensive I expected better craftsmanship and the people who actually make the sabers should be ashamed. This whole process has been nothing but terrible and not only a HUGE waste of time but also a huge waste of my hard earned money. I tried to contact them through social media, calling, and emailing but I only ever got auto responses from the call and social media. The email would get a reply after a week. I'm usually a very chill person in terms of waiting but to wait for this metal piece of garbage that somehow passed inspection (if they even do that) is ridiculous. Anyways, that's all I have to say, other than I would warm even my worst enemy about doing "business" with this corrupt business.
Ordered on Friday and received one week later in Italy!
Just one thing, I received my mystery box completely mounted with no paper around the hilt as it should be. Maybe I received a grab bag saber instead of MB. Anyway very happy of the result! I will reorder again!
Great saber, but lack confidence in the electronics and feel 2 blade retention screws would keep the blade in place much more securely. The electronics sounds great but occasionally don't respond and will need a moment or a bump before pressing the button again to get it to start working properly (this isn't a loose battery thing I've checked and had it on a couple of sabers). It would also be nice if they secured the switches more securely as the ring around the outside feel loose on 2 of my sabers with AV switches.
Ultra sabers was very quick to alert me when the original saber I ordered was out of stock. A employee from customer service worked with me to make sure my order came in on time by offering alternative hilts. I was very pleased with the shipping and the saber itself is incredible. I'm already looking into purchasing another!
Great and quick service as usual, had a left over credit coupon code which worked according to plan! The picture included is what I will be spray painting it to be once I get the paint. As you can see its black and yellow henceforth the title "Bumblebee"!
I sent my Catalyst and Sentinel in to get fixed. Me and my 5 brothers go pretty hard fighting with them and occasionally something breaks. They always come back in perfect condition, ready to take a beating. Ultra Sabers also has the best customer service and makes the most durable sabers
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
