Typically the product is adequate. I'm not a fan of how the battery housing is set up it's a short waiting to happen. My products came damaged due to poor packing and miss handling. I've been waiting over a week for a response. Not sure I'd buy or recommend their products.
Company makes good products but took almost 3 weeks to arrive (mystery saber so an easy one to ship) and they also have no returns without a fee. Which I have recently ordered my second one and cannot change something i missed now without costing me money, even though it has not been processed and likely wont be for another week at minimum. All in all though good product and worth the wait as long as you look through everything first

I'd give zero stars if I could. My son ordered a light saver over three months ago. After ignoring several emails they finally responded and keep apologizing saying they will ship it but four weeks later nothing but excuses. This company is a joke and a scam. Don't waste your time or money buying anything from these crooks

Only Problem was order time. Was expecting same week shipping at the very least but it didn't arrive until almost 3 weeks later. I could have driven to their Texas HQ in 4 hours instead...
Otherwise was just fine.
I ordered 2 sabers. One came in perfect condition, and I'm very satisfied. The other was an Aeon LE V4, which came with barely visible gold paint and a loose switch. Customer service offered me a discount on my next purchase, but did not offer to repair/replace defective product.
Sabers are extremely durable and package came well ahead of schedule. I duel hardcore almost every other night with my friend. Neither have broken or shown any signs of wear or tear. They even work in the rain.
I've ordered many sabers from this site and only had one very small issue in multiple years of experience. One order was missing an accessory but when I told them the problem they resolved it same day. Fantastic service and sabers. Must use
The sabers are great my son loves them will b ordering another one soon they r well made light up real bright as u can see on pic we've bn dueling since we got them took a little while to get but well worth the wait
Ordered a saber listed as "in stock" 10 weeks ago. I've sent several emails asking about my order progress. I have never received any replies. I'll be contacting by credit card soon to attempt a charge back. Do not order from these people.
Merchandise was better than expected. Purchase was shipped and received in a very timely fashion. Although part of my order had to be sent back for repair, customer service was great with quick email responses even on weekends. Will definitely purchase from again.
Ordered 4 sabers- single, staff and mystery box. All contents were sent in 3 days and arrived to Russia before New Year. Fate of my other order made day prior to this is still unknown but I'm more than satisfied with this one
I was quite hesitant at first being a 1st time buyer and ordering "late" in the holiday season on Dec 6th, but Ultra Sabers did not disappoint. The website was easy to use and it shipped well before Xmas. My son loves his new light saber and I'm quite sure he'll want another.

Bought these for a wedding photo booth because they were advertised as the brightest on the market. And no lies. They look great and photograph very well. The hilts are a little big and bulky though, so you probably won't be heavy dueling with the one I got anyway. It's too big/heavy to 1 hand unless you're over 6 feet tall. But they're fun!
Took advantage of recent offers. Build quality of both purchased saber and extras are fantastic. Delivery within expected window of lead time + week (international). Only minor niggle solved by DIY mod, is to attach some string to pull the battery holder out easier.
Ordered two lightsabers gave me 6 week maximum wait time. Its now been almost twice that and they refuse to respond to any calls or emails about the order. Had to go through my own bank to get my money back. This place is a downright scam.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
