Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding.
They are expensive but well worth it!

This company is certified by Shopper Approved, meaning that it is a real company and not a scam. As well, there are plenty of reviews online of the company on sites like YouTube.

They are made and shipped here in the US. I had the same thing happen to me. Ordered with PayPal so I got a full refund compared to the partial that they were trying to give me.

Well these guys are based in the US and well deserve all the positive feedback and reviews they have.
Their products are high quality made with high quality components. Cheap and nasty is not in these guys vocabulary

You really won't since the quality is different for a lot of people. In my opinion, if you're even slightly more aggressive with replacing the batteries, you can fully break the saber's ability to create any sound.

Iirc, this company is based in Texas, so it would be easier to take them to court if they sold you something that was completely false.
