The only time I've ever had them reply was after threatening to dispute my credit card charge. And even then the email was basically one hundred words to say nothing at all. I sent 3 emails requesting the status of my order and when it would be shipping out. Those emails were spread over a 4-week period, then I disputed the charge. A week after that, I received a reply. This is what "Laura" said:
"Thank you for your order with Ultrasabers. I apologize for the delayed response. I looked up your order and it looks like they did not ship out with the 4 week lead time posted on the website. We experienced a much higher than expected volume of orders and fell slightly behind on the 4 week lead time on the website. I apologize for any inconvenience with these orders not shipping within the 4 week lead time. I will look into what is causing the delay in your orders, please feel free to email me again directly for an update. Our fabricators are working 24 hours a day, 7 days week to get all our orders shipped out as quickly as possible. We will email you the tracking number as soon as these orders ships out."
Notice how my very simple question was never answered. And also please note, despite repeatedly mentioning a "4 week lead time", this email came 7 weeks after I placed my order. And despite claiming to be looking into the cause of the delay, I never heard back from them again.
