Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

On average about a month, mine took 2 weeks but I've seen people say theirs took 2 or 3 months

Email them every day. Copy yourself on the emails. It's the only way to get answer.

I waited for 3 months on a saber that was in stock. No response, no update, nothing ever delivered. I had to contact my bank to get a refund. Got the refund but still never heard back from any of my 4 emails.
