Yes. Some parts are nickel plated, but every saber is made from aircraft-grade aluminum for strength and weight. They do not have plastic hilts or hilts made from other metals.

Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum

I'm not completely certain if they are all  "aircraft grade" aluminum but the hilt that I ordered was aluminum and heavy duty.   It was nicer than I expected.

Yes. They are solid and can survive a lot of abuse.

Yes, and they are essentially indestructible through normal use.

Most of them are. The bodies of the sabers are, it's some of the smaller parts that sometimes aren't.

Yes. Once you pick up the actual saber, it feels like it's worth even more then what you paid for.

I would not know if all of them are, but mine is and all of them that I have seen and touched are aircraft grade aluminum.
