Wonderful sabers! Only difficulty is researching all the options. If you are a first-timer at buying sabers then definitely ask a friend their opinion on options before you purchase. Bought this blue one with sound for a friend and I bet he'll love it.
I order "The fallen" saber with sound for about 300 dollars, I submitted my order and realized I had a feature on that I didn't want to, I emailed them about getting a refund for that part and they responded the same day, got it fully refunded back to my card and notified me it was under creation. A week passes and boom, my saber is in my hand exactly as I wanted. The service was great and speedy. The quality is amazing, will certainly be buying from them again.
The savers are better than combat ready, they are toddler ready! We love them so much and look forward to more purchases. The lead times are longer than posted always so don't be upset about it! They are worth the wait. Thank you Erin and most of all Emery for making Saber dreams a reality.
I received my order and could not wait to open it, was very pleased with my order. I received the Dark Initiate V4 saber with the orange blade which worked out perfectly, as I am a coach of a robotics team from a school that happens to have the school colors of Orange and Black. This year's season for robotics is a space theme so this will be perfect accessory to have at our competitions. Thank you for a great product!

My daughter accidentally(?) charged one of these lightsabers to my credit card. When I received the toy, I never, (and still haven't) opened the shipping container. They won't take back the toy and refund my money. Naked Greed on disply here. DO NOT buy anything from these people. Even if it's dodgy, you WILL NOT receive a refund.

Got a Sword Of Omens light saber. It was machined like crap. See through all connections and the hilt didn't line up with the guard at all. Also, the battery pack wouldn't come out to charge. Went back and forth with them and the end result was "well too bad". Damn near a grand down the drain. Think before you order.
I purchased a Saber from their website, under an advertised 50% off sale. A few days later, I get an email from a Brent, confirming details of my order and promising that it would get shipped as soon as possible. Today, I received an email from a Nichole, blaming a website glitch for the price that we contractually agreed to at time of purchase, demanding an additional payment. Her math skills are clearly flawed because she quoted me $192 total for the Saber I ordered, and even acknowledging the website glitch, the Saber I ordered should have only been $102. In addition, the additional payment that she was demanding did not account for the full amount of the payment we already submitted.

Horrible communication from order and so on. Took a few weeks just to get an order confirmation, finally received the item and after a couple of weeks it broke. These were meant to be durable, or so I thought. We've seen videos of grown men having battles and they held up. My son is 10 and not rough with his toys and this broke while playing with his brother and his plastic saber. I sent an email to customer service over two weeks ago asking about replacement parts and still no response. These are great products, just wish there was someone behind them willing to help provide a better experience.
Quick shipping was sent literally the next day of being ordered, i am satisfied with my mystery box and saber. I will definitively buy more products from you. Very good products. Wish it could be cheaper though but overall satisfied.
I absolutely love the sabers I received! However it took way longer than the 3-4 week advertised time (ordered 4/13) due to stock issues, which would have been understandable, but trying to get answers was very frustrating
I have bought three sabers. The first two were great.
The last one I bought though the blade came damaged. After paying $450 for it (emerald scorpion) they just ignored my emails inquiring about a possible second blade or a trade in.
This type of shady activity is not what I am used to. I am sad to say I will be recommending my friends away from ultra sabers from now on.

Just customer service needs some help with, like if what was ordered is going to take longer than the posted lead times just reach out to the customer give them a heads up on what's happening. Instead of leaving informing the customer in the wind.
I ordered a randomized saber with my friend on June 26 and did not receive any updates or responses until it arrived today on august 23. I got what I ordered but customer service is simply non-existent.
Great saber, but lack confidence in the electronics and feel 2 blade retention screws would keep the blade in place much more securely. The electronics sounds great but occasionally don't respond and will need a moment or a bump before pressing the button again to get it to start working properly (this isn't a loose battery thing I've checked and had it on a couple of sabers). It would also be nice if they secured the switches more securely as the ring around the outside feel loose on 2 of my sabers with AV switches.
I ordered a saber because they were having a promotion on sabers that make sound. I forgot to put in the coupon code when I checked out. I immediately notified customer service and they would not let me apply the coupon after the fact. Yes, it was my fault, but COME ON. They offered to create a coupon to use "on a future purchase." I can assure you I won't be making any future purchases.
I placed an order with this company on January 5th, and received my product in mid February. Upon receiving the package I found that the blade had been damaged in shipping, and the emitter did not produce any light. I also found that the saber stand I ordered was not included in the package. I immediately emailed their customer service department, and after nearly 2 weeks of waiting for a response, finally received a cop out email stating that they would ship my stand as soon as they were in stock. It should be noted that they did not inform me up front that they were out of stock. More importantly, they did not even address the damage to the saber. Do. Not. Place an order with this company. Pick someone that will actually respond to your emails and that will take the care to package things so they are not damaged in shipping.
So after Receiving my item I am impressed with the build quality. It's well made, tough and very pretty. The diamond controller is as versatile as I'd hoped and the product is top notch.
Now to the bad. The customer service was really lacking. After ordering my very expensive product I received zero contact. After a month I contacted them (phone and email) and nothing. I basically sent an email saying if I didn't get some confirmation I'm reversing the charges. This got them to reply with a boiler plate email.
Wait another month and nothing. I email asking for the status and still nothing. I sent another email saying that it's been 2 months and I will want a full refund if I don't hear from them immediately and viola it shipped in a day. Like they'd been sitting on it or something.
I love what I got. But really horrible customer service.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
