Also, dislike that you have to pay to request a writer now. Would be nice to get a discount code at least once a month or depending on how many pages are being ordered. Could cost a lot to get 2 pages written, just so that the order is delayed in the end.
I have used Ultius several times and the service was amazing. My writer was great and submitted my paper back to me within the allotted time. I had to have one thing revised, and it was done in a timely manner as well. I highly recommend Ultius for your writing needs.

I paid a week ago for a paper. The day before the assignment was suppose to be due I realize the writer cancelled. Upper management or customer service was not aware until I said something. I gave them some time to find someone else and still not completed. The assignment was id was *******. I was a real customer. Yes, Ultius apologized but it was not genuine because there was no owner ship to the apology. How is the assignment out of your scope of service if the writer accepted the assignment? Then cancel a day before the assignment is due and I had to make customer service aware of the issue. I attached the two screenshots where the writer accepted the assignment and also the apology... Moving forward give your customers some notice if you do not agree to write an assignment and also own your apology..

In regards to your experience, I can assure you that it is not indicative of our company. Investigating this further, I did find that the writer who was assigned to your order was not able to complete it since technically, the order fell outside the scope of our services that we usually provide. We are very sorry for that and that you were not notified sooner, but it does look like the Editors were actively looking for a new writer to see if we could possibly complete it for you and unfortunately, we were not able to within that timeframe. So again, we do extend our deepest apologies for the issue.

It can be a little hit or miss, but with some effort you can figure out how to request the best writers, i have had a lot of luck with #7837, she indicated that she has a PhD and I believe it, her papers have always been insightful and actually do a great job of teaching me, its like hiring a tutor!

I've never seen (or written, for that matter) a paper of this quality before. It's quite the spectacle! Of course the paper is going to be a little on the expensive side, but I honestly do believe this is the only trustworthy site out there that will deliver exactly what you asked for. There were some issues with it being slightly late from its advertised deadline, but I made sure to leave some leeway for the actual date it was due. As long as you do that, you will be very happy with the result :)
