Though now I still cannot sure the UGG I got from this merchant is authentic or not, I still love my UGG, the quality is very good, and well packaged, I have weared them almost every day for 3 months, after washing, it still looks new!

Awful customer service

Love the shoes but the customer service is horrendous. I sent the whole day trying to get to them and they never answered and then the shoes I wanted went out of stock. They suck! FIX THIS!

I like many others have had horrible dealings with the customer service. They either do not know their own policies or lie about them. Every customer service rep I spoke with said something different. I had sent my UGG Elsa boots back because the zipper was starting to jam. It had been almost a year and I figured I would be proactive and send them back and get new ones because it was definitely a defect. Nothing I did. Well... it took them a month to tell me that they lost my boots! I don't really like the look of most of the UGGs but loved these ones and they didnt' even have any in stock to ship back to me as a replacement. I ended up getting money back for them (less than what they had said they'd give me) and then purchase them from another online retailer. I was also not pleased that they called the boots that I purchased "Elsa" as they aren't the same as the ones I purchased in 2014. I am very disappointed. The boots I received craftmanship was also less than acceptable. I won't be buying Uggs again.

I ordered my ugg boots from uggaustralia.com/gb on 28/12/10 and still havent received them i believed this to be the official site as even the ugg tm shows in the address bar when you go onto the site, i received official confirmation of order via email with contact numbers and again tm logo, but when i checked their site the other day as i hadnt received my boots my password had changed which i then recovered but on accessing the site there was no order history on my account. I have now telephoned the number on uggaustralia.com/gb and spoke to some one called jeanette who says there was and error over the christmas period as they had moved warehouses and customer services and changed computer systems which meant orders had been cancelled, and i was to reorder so i advised her after checking with my bank that the payment had been taken from my account and wanted to know what was happening she said this needed to be refered to their accounts department and she would get someone to call me back i am still waiting so i called again today and was told the matter was being dealt with by accounts and this would be escalated to a manager and again some one would call me back grrr i can't work out if im being ripped off or not at the minute. This is really bad customer service/ relations if this is the official site as it makes out to be.

Personally, I think UGGs are a little over-priced, but if you want to buy them this is the only real site to get information and make purchases (all the other sites sell fake or stolen uggs).

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
December 26, 2017

I placed an order from the website on December 20th because they had advertised that they would doing next day delivery and that it was "guaranteed" by December 23rd. On the 22nd I tried to contact the company with no luck, the 23rd I called them and was on hold for 2 hours with no answer, wrote to them through social media, and finally chatted with them through their website after waiting half an hour. I spoke to Supervisor Ashley who in sum said package would not arrive until after Christmas and that they had "hopes" UPS could deliver it by time. However, I did not pay for "hopes" and they should have never advertised the delivery was GUARANTEED if it was out of their control. She then proceeded to end our chat because I was being unreasonable asking for some kind of compensation. Today, I called and spoke to Amanda whom told me she was familiar with Ashley, that they were on the same "team." She told me she would not offer me any compensation and when I requested to speak to a supervisor or someone else who could help me she put me on hold yet again and came back and told me she spoke to her superior and would be "unable to transfer me." In essence, they blatantly did not want to take my call. If they could not guarantee a delivery by a date because it was up to UPS then there should have not been a big banner on their website advertising that. Guarantee by definition means that certain conditions will be fulfilled and they did not fulfill those conditions. Not only did they not fulfill those conditions but the staff was rude and offered no remedy. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted being a customer for 10+ years.

I ordered boots from this site... had to return them for different size. Put the prepaid return label on box and dropped them off at a UPS store. 657 Hurstbourne Pkwy Louisville Ky. Uggs says they never received them. UPS store says sorry they just collect packages and put against the wall in their store. Anyone can walk out with one before the PO truck picks them up. The PO is to scan as they load onto truck. Usually is what PO says. Uggs says if I did not take them to PO. They are not responsible? UPS store does not scan the PO dropoffs. But they take them. The boots were shipped to me via UPS. But unbeknowst to me. The return label was for post office. UPS store accepts PO packages and mail and PO picks up there one or more times a day. Now I cannot get through to Uggs waiting forever on hold. Bet if I were ordering new boots they would pick up pronto... so someone else got my boots for Christmas... no boots and out the $212. No more Uggs for me or UPS stores. For those that don't know. You can drop UPS packages at the post office; they do scan the flex labels with two bar codes and hold them for UPS to pick up. DON"T use UPS stores or if you do, get a receipt for your UPS return.If they don't offer. Ask for one... cover yourself. They will not.

I would strongly recommend NOT using this company at all costs. Yes they are genuine shop and you will receive the genuine article. But they're seriously not worth the effort.

I placed an order but they failed to tell me they wouldn't be shipped for 10 days (even though their products are supposed to be sent the following day), i phoned them back and because of the appalling service cancelled the order. They then said i couldn't cancel but i kicked up a fuss and eventually they agreed to do this.

The order wasn't in fact cancelled, but duplicated without me knowing. A couple of days later the order was sent and i received an emailing confirming this, so phoned the company who again confirmed they would cance the order and as the boots hadn't been sent out from the warehouse they would hold them back and that would be the end of it. 2 days later however i was charged for the boots, (although i have never received them). I am now waiting to speak to the supervisor (who is never available), and i have no idea when i will get my money back...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You would be far better off going to another authorised retailer and buying them there...

No response to request to return these fake uggs. Buyer Beware! Wonfder if there is a way to get refund from the credit card company! Worth a try!

I purchased a pair of mens Neumel in gray. The shoelaces started to schredd after the first week. I purchased them through Zappos. I called zappos up and they were very nice although they did not carry the shoelaces they referred me to UGG. I called UGG and they took all my information and told me I would have the new shoelaces in 2 weeks time. After about three and a half weeks I put my New UGGS on again and remenbered about calling them. Now the laces have gotten even worse. I called UGG again. This customer service agent said she would send them out. Guess what a month and a half later no shoe laces. I called Zappos again thinking they might have an "in" with UGG being they sell I think many pairs of UGGS for them. They do not. But Zappos is such a good company they credited me Twenty $20 for all my trouble with UGG. They also told me that UGG has an online request form for shoe laces and such, so I filled out the form with my info and guess what? I got an email from UGG saying I was in luck and that my shoe laces would be arriving soon. Guess what? I am still waiting. Every time I venture out to the mailbox I think they will arrive. UGG Austrailia is at the bottom of my list. I will never purchase an UGG product again EVER. If I could give less then one star I would. I have sinced purchased my own laces online I have given up on UGG
Zappos is the best, UGG Australia (China Where they are made now) is the worst.

The authentic UGG site, you know? The one that people don't go to, to buy UGG shoes, because that Chinese one has them cheaper?
Look around, see the difference a well-designed web site makes. It's conservative, no fireworks, but a huge leap from the junky fakes that are going around just now. I'm not that keen on the shoes, though, but they must be good to attract as much attention as they do.

With apologies and respect to other reviewers, I do want to observe that this is not the only web site at which you may buy genuine UGG® Australia products in safety. There are literally hundreds of authorized online retailers. Currently you can see a list of them here:

Anyone else pretending to sell UGG® Australia products is a phony, including every site that does so and which has the term UGG in the name. This does cover almost every Chinese site out there at present, but I wouldn't be at all surprised to see that change once they realize we're on to them. Expect them to start inventing more plausible, ugg-less domain names before long. Then we'll need to check that list and be even more cautious before we buy.

Be aware also that there are several legitimate companies manufacturing ugg boots in Australia and New Zealand, and selling them under their own trademarks. These companies aren't associated with UGG® Australia and generally are keen to point that out. As the word "ugg" cannot be trademarked in either of these countries, any company may use it. Proceed with caution though and remember that it's the ones claiming to either sell or manufacture the genuine UGG® Australia products that need checking out with UGG Australia themselves before you buy.
