I orded ugg boots for my daughter, now when I go to the site, into my account, it shows NO Order Status, I cannot contact them by phone. When I email, they respond with be patient, they charged my account immediately after placing my order., I still don't know if I will get the product. You can also get to the same site under www.buybootonline.com. Broken english and misspelled words
Personally, I think UGGs are a little over-priced, but if you want to buy them this is the only real site to get information and make purchases (all the other sites sell fake or stolen uggs).
