My daughter paid $122 and her boots were fake. We ordered on September. The ones that we ordered they claim was no longer available but they sent the same boot but in a different color black. The boots are bleeding from the fabric and the soles feels like a cardboard box

No. The boots come from China and are usually defective. There is no customer service. I contacted UGG's parent company in California, Deckers Outdoor Corporation, they told me UGG Australia is a well-know counterfeiter of their boots. That's why the prices look so good.

No. The boots come from China and are usually defective. There is no customer service. I contacted UGG's parent company in California, Deckers Outdoor Corporation, they told me UGG Australia is a well-know counterfeiter of their boots. That's why the prices look so good. As for phone number - company is in Shanghai, China.
