If this site was real, why would their email adress *******@gmail.com???? i ordered mine on black friday for a pretty good price compared to how much they origanally are but i will see the quality of the ugg boots and then debate if i should return them or not! Right now uggaustralia.com is not my bestfriend. I dont like them right now!
I really loved my boots for a couple months until the fur started getting really ugly and the bottom of the boots wore out so fast! I was so excited to get these boots because I had been dying for them but I was really dissapoined after a couple months on what they actually turned out to be. :(
It is the genuine UGG australia webiste of brand DECKERS it also has a list of authorised online retailers so you are not tricked into buying fakes at a very expensive cost from websites such as www.uk-ugg-sale.com where you canot even get a refund once you have recieved a rubbish pair of fakes!
People keep saying that they are fake if they arnt from China. But i brought my uggs online from the Ugg store nd it says it was made in vietnam? Should i return them...

After reading all the negative reviews I was worried and almost didn't buy what I wanted. However I emailed the store making sure they had what i wanted in stock and also expressing my fears from the reviews online, they replied quickly and promptly and I made my purchase. My items came within 3 days from ordering and they were perfect. I am so glad I didn't listen to negative reviews and decided to give them a chance!

Just wanted exchange a pair of UGG's for size. Website says exchanges take 6-8 days. 15 business days later I get on a chat with customer service. They track it down and tell me new pair will be here 3 days later. 3 days later I chat again because UGG's never came. This rep says they have no record of our exchange. They finally found it and told me the first rep must have been confused when he gave me a deliver date... Confused... yea right... how about just wanted to get me off chat... They gave me their "advance exchange #" which I called and sat on hold for an hour and 21 minutes only to be told that " your US Postal service is dragging deliveries." The second chat told me they would expedite the shipping... more lies. Now they have promised that I would see them next Friday. 26 business days later.
First and last pair of UGG's this father and grandfather will purchase for any of my family.
I ordered an Ugg cleaning kit. The website said 2 day free shipping, but once it was shipped it was ups ground - 10 days! I could have ordered from Amazon Prime and had it. When I contacted customer service, they offered no explanation or anything. They did apologize, then asked if there was anything else they could help me with. I'm very dissatisfied!
Ordered over 3 weeks ago and shipment hasn't arrived, been trying to reach customer service to find out what's happening but can't reach anyone! No reply to emails sent 5 days ago, Live chat doesn't work on Canadian website. Tried to reach them on US site and there's is 43 people in queue before me, queue doesn't seem to be moving..
Ordered boots with 2-day shipping. Received confirmation- 2-day shipping was not shown on confirmation. Called customer service, was on hold for 30+min.
Gave up- sent email asking them to confirm 2-day shipping was applied on the order. Received response stating it was, then received tracking info showing order taking a week to receive. Tried all day to contact customer service via 888#- no luck- their phone system was having "technical difficulties". Sent email again- response from Ugg "nothing we can do". They tried to say
1st-I didn't request expedited shipping
AND I misunderstood when their rep told me they applied 2-day shipping to my order. When rep said "We applied 2-day free shipping to the order" I should have understood that to mean "we did NOT apply 2-day shipping to your order"
Thanks for nothing Uggs- love boots but will never do business with them again.

I ordered a pair of uggs on the 30/08/2011 and status on my account still says pending, they emailed me asking for a copy of my bank details, I've emailed them everyday since and I got an email today sayin customs are really cracking down that's why its taking my order longer than usual, then I got this email

Their customer service is a disaster. They emailed me saying that part of my order was cancelled and even after a written request didn't offer me a chance to exchange the item THEY falsely claimed they had in stock or cancel the order entirely. They offered me to create a new order (of course not offering to cover the delivery fees). All that whilst not sounding apologetic at all for their mistake.
2 weeks after wearing uggs, the sole started to fall away from the body at the front.
Ugg said it was not their fault so I had them repaired.
2 weeks later the front let go.
POOR QUALITY
Was told to return shoes to a US address for exchange to larger size. Weeks have passed, many emails have been sent... they are now ignoring them completely and no sign of replacement shoes. I feel and fear they have stolen my Chivons. Worst customer service ever... will NEVER EVER buy Uggs after this
Purchased slippers online and was charged 23.00 shipping which was fine, but they did not fit so we sent them back paying 23.00 again for shipping.
We filled out the form they included in the original delivery and requested an exchange. They did not exchange them, just refunded my credit card for the price of the slippers, so now I am out close to 50 bucks and have no slippers. I called customer service and it was a disaster. They did not know anything about a slip of paper or exchange, I would have to call the warehouse? They do not even understand their own company policy's. They said if I wanted new slippers to re-order. If I do that it will cost me another 23.00 for shipping! Just a nightmare - never again will I purchase a UGG product.
This is the real site and I have had good results with shopping here. Fast shipping, fast easy return, and fast exchange. I have only ordered clothes from the site and use it to get information about what is in stores. Note that the fulfillment of online is done through a vendor that supports maybe eight other different store sites. Only ordering from an Ugg store is direct from Ugg, but the vendor did a good job with my ordered and exchange. Sorry to hear about folks having issues with this site- but the vendor ugg's uses may have been over taxed at the time.
I ordered a pair of rustic color boots that was in stock. I received an email a day later saying they were shipped. 2 weeks later I didn't receive any order. So, I called. The rep told me that the rustic color was sold out. Well, it didn't say it was sold out when my card got charged on 9/30/15. So, the rep Michael said that the Black in the exact same boot was available. I received it next day air UPS and they're bleeding. The dye is coming off. And There's a disclaimer which states they are not responsible for delivering fake uggs. Ain't this about a BIT¢H! $122.00 for a $10.00 pair of boots. I wish I could upload a picture. This is sad. The love of money is the root of all evil. Go to the store and buy your boots or order from a real site. Like Nordstrom rack. Ugh Australia is FAKE! FAKE!
Ordered boots on 2/2/14. On 3/3/14 still no boots. I have contacted their customer service department daily. My order is still pending in my account, but the money came out of mine quickly! It was your lucky day if you ordered ordered from the site and got your product. They are of course, not original UGs, but may be worth half the prize. If... you receive them.

SCAM ARTISTS! Website "looks" great but when you put in your credit card details, weird things happen. Came up with "system Error" but can't contact company customer service or payment compnay. When I checked out the address where payment was going, was Bank of China. I have cancelled my credit card, not willing to take the risk. After reading about whos fake and whos not, I suggest you just go to Schuh and buy the real thing. I will be!
Answer: No. The boots come from China and are usually defective. There is no customer service. I contacted UGG's parent company in California, Deckers Outdoor Corporation, they told me UGG Australia is a well-know counterfeiter of their boots. That's why the prices look so good.
