Uberseat sold me tickets through Seatgeek and even confirmed them within 15 minutes. 3 months later they decided to refund my money without an email or any notification. By that time ticket prices had increased by 400%. Customer Service has been a complete waste of time. Nothing more here than empty apologies and lies. Seatgeek asked me to follow up on what happened. Somehow they are actually worse than Uberseat, Do not under any circumstances buy anything from Uberseat or Seatgeek.
Do not buy tickets from this site. I ordered Janet Jackson Tickets over a year ago. She postponed her concert. I have been reaching out to uberseat for a new date and no one has called me back or emailed me back in over six month. She is in my area however, it looks like I will be losing my money because I cannot contact them for the change. What a rip off.
Reading everyone's reviews and wondering why they had these problems. Ordered NFL tickets from them. Very next week received the tickets in a download and printed them. No issues. I would use them again.
My daughter bought Hawks tickets last Friday. And after reading these reviews i was freaked out! Good news. Our ticket came FEdX on Tuesday for the game this Sunday... Well, they just entered the United Center. We got exactly what we paid for, no problems, no issues.
We purchased NFL tickets for an upcoming game in London. We have tried on several occasions to resolve the delivery of those tickets to no avail. I have verified through Federal Express that these tickets have not yet been sent. After reaching out to the company, they have still not provided an explanation. It's beyond refunding money for a ticket. We have purchased airline and hotel based on our purchase of these tickets. Their webpage prides itself on 100% satisfaction but lacks that in poor/non responsive customer service. I will never use their service again; in the meantime, I am hoping they redeem themselves with expediting and ensuring we get what we paid for prior to our departure.
Purchased tickets to a sporting event in an amazing row and when I finally purchased the tickets and got an email confirmation the tickets were in a whole different row! I called asking to be in the row that I originally purchased or simply get my money back since the mistake was on their system and they repeatedly gave me the "no refunds" line. For something that was clearly their fault and to say no refunds, let alone the seats I orginally purchased is absolutely absurd. Save your money and effort and just purchase tickets else where
I Purchased tickets through seatgeek from Uberseat for the Beyonce Formation Tour at Metlife stadium. Reading the reviews I was extremely nervous! I had no issues whatsoever. My tickets were delivered via fedex way before the concert date. I walked into metlife tickets were scanned and enjoyed the show. I will definitely use again.
I bought tickets to game 2 of the 2016 world series in Cleveland on uberseat.com. After making the purchase... I spent almost $3,000 for the tickets... I got nervous because of all the negative reviews. Well, I have to say, they delivered. They continually communicated with me and my husband and reassured us we would get the tickets. My husband picked up the tickets in person a couple hours before the game and he got MUCH BETTER seats than what we bought. They delivered exactly what they promised and right now my husband and son are experiencing a dream come true... to see the CUBS in the world series. THANK YOU UBERSEAT.COM!
I decided to buy my son basketball tickets for his birthday. I found this site and purchased tickets for a Friday evening game. A week went by and I still had not received my tickets for the game. I decided to contact customer service and received NO answer back. After a day or two of doing so I decided to see if I could cancel the tickets. Once again NO answer. At this point it was the day before the game and still NOTHING. I figured the tickets were probably not available and that they would refund me the money. On the Monday following the game I was checking my email and I had a link saying accept tickets, 45 min before the event was to begin. Absolutely ridiculous, it would have taken an hour and half to get to this destination in the first place. I contacted customer service and they have refused to refund or even give me a credit for the tickets. I believe that this is their scam and they should be reported to the BBB.
Purchased tickets to the Florida/LSU game that was first postponed then moved to Baton Rouge, LA. Tried several times to connect with these people to get a decision on whether or not we qualify for a refund because the venue was changed to no avail. We will never use this company again and will recommend that people don't use them.
I bought tickets named "All Music Pass" for a weekend event with 4 music concerts. The all music pass is advertised on the event website as giving you to access to all of the music events, as you woud expect. When my tickets arrived they were only for the first music event only and titled differently to the online listing. I pointed this out to UberSeat and they said that because the event was listed as the starting day that I should have known this was a ticket for only one event! They then refused to offer me a refund. Terrible customer service and highly disingenuous
Paid $1296 for 4 tix to Lumineers on December 21. Was told " order pending", tickets would be emailed to me. I never received them or heard from them, however, my Visa card was charged on December 21!
Paid for Redskins tickets to the London games. Ordered tickets 8 months prior to the game and was told the tickets would arrive three weeks prior to the game. Two weeks prior to the game we hadn't heard from them and had no idea when our tickets would arrive. Twice they told us that FEDEX was delivering the tickets. They even provided a tracking number, but the tickets were never mailed. They even told us that the buyer hadn't released it. We got nervous so we purchased tickets from another vendor two days before the event. We asked them to reimburse us the difference but they stated it wasn't their fault. We ended up going to court and winning; however, the judge said good luck getting the money. Use a different vendor! Don't give them your money...
Absolutely HORRIBLE. Received the wrong tickets from seller and customer service is completely unavailable to help. I lost over $100 dealing with this company. They don't even respond to emails.
I tried purchasing packers tickets and kept getting a weird error message after clicking "buy". I did this three times. Never got a confirmation email or anything but they still charged my card for over $1,600 three times... I've called countless times, emailed and am never able to get a response.

Double sold tickets and didn't advise me until I asked where my "e-tickets" were. They said they would send another set and never did. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more if you have to, as you will most likely have a problem. Look at all their negative reviews... I'm not the only one!
Family paid $30,000 for super bowl tickets, 10 people total, very excited. When we arrived in Phoenix, they claimed the tickets were no longer available. When you make a purchase, they take your money and don't even have the tickets. DO NOT USE, you will lose money. Company should be taken down by whatever means possible. A disgrace to human race and America.

I bought second row Dream Theater Tickets last minute for $34 per ticket for me and my son and thank god, worked like expected. Almost too good to be true. Same tickets were be sold for $200 plus. So was nervous when these came for so cheap.
Emailed the tickets to me within an hour and all was great. I would use again!
I had a slight hick-up with a recent purchase of tickets through Uber Seat. It was totally unrelated to them but it gave them the opportunity to showcase their amazing attention to the problem, rectify it, communicate back/forth with me via email updated me on the progress to getting it rectified and then closing the loop with 100% satisfaction guarantee. Their customer service was prompt and excellent. You can trust this site that if ever an issue with a seat ticket purchase, provide them with the details and documentation an they will compensate you 200% for your purchase if the problem is found to be with one of their seat brokers who ends up less than honest and legit! Love them so much!
Want to buy d romantic a company that hides its policies aND terms? Great then UBER SEATS IS for you. Forget if they don't advise or you didn't have a box stating you agree to terms. Forget if you called right back (your calls will not be answered, leave a vm) cause that's how reputable companies operate, right? Want to be told that you can go resell th tickets even though it's what they do, perfect. You'll love them. I'd toy don't have those expectations the. Go to a real company like stub hub.
