My Dad and I got a great deal on Yankee tickets. I like some of the other reviewers was a little nervous going through the gate but the tickets worked and we had a great time. Would not hesitate to use again. Only wish the Yankees played a little better.

This site claims I purchased tickets off of seatgeek app but I never hit the accept button. The tickets they charged me for were waaaaay over priced and when I called them saying it was a mistake they did not want to cancel the transaction. Since I did not authorize the purchase I claim this as a very fraudulent company who is just looking for ways to screw people over! Do not purchase from this site!

Hi Olie, thanks for reaching out. Tickets are never purchased accidentally--we can't just charge your card if you did not enter in your credit card information. If you were not intending to purchase the tickets, it's best not to enter in your credit card information on the checkout page lest you accidentally purchase tickets you do not want. Before you hit the "submit" button, you agreed to our Terms & Conditions which stated that once an order is placed, all sales are final.

There are several ways to mitigate your loss of the tickets. We recommend reselling your tickets if you no longer want the tickets. Hope that helps!

Before my order was even confirmed i realized that the tickets i bought were for a game 1000+ miles away. I wrote to uberseat asking for help in canceling before the charges went through and they said there was nothing they could do about it.

I purchased tickets on line for AC/DC I received them online within minutes. But the concert got cancelled no fault of UberSeat,,, hopefully my refund will come quickly. Then I can say 5 stars... and start looking for tickets to Bad Company/Joe Walsh tor.

Chi Cubs Game 5 tickets
October 26, 2015

Ordered tickets on 10/12. Received e-tickets on 10/15 (after emailing their support). The Cubs were eliminated in 4 games so game 5 did not occur. Requested a refund on 10/21 and the money was back in my account by 10/23.

My only complain would be that you cannot get ahold of them via phone. I tried calling multiple times on different days (once before 5pm cst and once at 930 am cst and did not receive an answer).

Outside of that, I would do business with UberSeat again.

Beware when you enter your credit card number.
- There is no guarantee you will get a ticket
- There is no way to cancel

Only use this if you don't actually care whether you get your tickets. I guess in that case it would be OK, if you just want to take a chance on maybe getting a cheap deal, and don't care if it falls through. Otherwise use a normal ticket seller that actually fulfills your order promptly.

I used the site seatgeek where I purchased 3 tickets to today's (4/18/15) Dodger game thru uberSeat. They called the same day to confirm order via telephone and said I should receive an email with my tickets shortly. That was a thurs and now Saturday morning the day of the game I had not received anything! I then called and left a voicemail and sent an email and got a call back 15 min later that the tickets i "purchased" were no longer available! Seriously... What kind of business is this!? Total joke! I've used numerous other sites to get tickets and have never had problems, EVER! The guy on the phone didn't even seem to care (like he's use to making these types of "oopsy we messed up calls") im so pissed! Now let me tell my daughter we are no longer going to today's game! That should be fun. I'm a big sports fan and will for sure let everyone I know never to use this joke or a site!

Still no yankees tickets for today's 1PM game. I've been promised that I would receive these tickets but nothing. This is crazy. Ive never had such a bad experience before buying tickets.

Why is customer service not open till 12? Game is at 1PM

While they are frustrating to deal with in getting my tickets, they delivered what they My tickets arrived USPS as promised. Lots of phone calls and emails over a period of days but it all worked out. It seemed once they focused their attention on the delayed delivery they were able to get the tickets expedited delivery.
They came through but not the process you want to go through to get tickets

Great seats and service

I was terrified about this site after I had already bought tickets. After seeing the reviews I was worried my tickets wouldn't come or wouldn't work. Luckily my tickets came a week in advance (after emailing customer service) and the seats were great. I just wanted to be sure to leave a good review since the bad ones truly freaked me out.

I ordered tickets for a boxing match. Then read all the nasty negative reviews and thought that the same thing would happen to me with my order. I didn't receive my order confirmation right away which only made it seem as if the site was a fake. However, that evening I received my order confirmation and my e-tickets. Not going to lie, I was still a bit nervous going to the event and finding out the tickets were invalid. But that did not happen! We went to the event the tickets were valid and had a great time. Thank you uberseat!

We bought tickets at $21 below cost for a mariners game versus the padres and our e-tickets arrived within the hour. We were a little nervous after the reviews about them working at the gate. BUT, we got there, they scanned them and we were on our way to almost front-row seating! We would definitely use this site again.

My husband wanted to surprise my daughter and I with tickets to Disney on Ice. He went to what he thought was the event center's webpage and was redirected to Uberseat. He was ripped off, paid $128 for both tickets when he should have only paid $60. Charged double of what ticket price actually is. It's not like they were sold out... DO NOT USE THIS SITE. At least be reasonable!

UberSeat is a broker exchange that makes a variety of tickets available on the secondary market. The price listed on the tickets is the original face value; it is the price that was paid at the box office. UberSeat is a secondary ticket market, so prices can fluctuate on a daily basis, depending on demand. Almost every ticket sold on the secondary market will be purchased at a different price than what is displayed on the ticket. In this instance, the broker who listed these tickets set them at a particular price based on what they were selling for elsewhere on the secondary market. It's extremely uncommon for tickets to be priced significantly above face value if they are still available at the box office, as it would be very unlikely that they would sell. It sounds like these tickets were selling at a higher price elsewhere on the secondary market and were no longer available at the $60 face value price that was displayed on the ticket.

Got 4 tickets to Mariners game, paid 55$. Never got the tickets. Called them, was on hold for an hour. Finally talked to someone, and they hung up on me because they couldn't help me! They are a $#*!ing scam! Whatever you do, do not buy from them!

Great Experience

I received the link to download my tickets 7 minutes after I had purchased them. The seats were exactly as I expected (the same seats I selected on the seating chart when purchasing the tickets). Fortunately, I had a great experience with this site and absolutely no problems with my order, tickets, or seats.

I bought 2 tickets on UberSeat, and then 10 minutes later I found the same tickets for 40 dollars cheaper on Ticketmaster. I wanted to cancel the order asap so I called customer service, they couldn't cancel a payment that I made 10 minutes ago!? Never buying from them again...

Due to the nature of the secondary ticket market, orders cannot be reversed once they have been submitted. This is how we can ensure that tickets are not double sold. Stay away

Bought my tickets 2 days before the event and never got my tickets but they had no problem taking my money. I called and they said that they would contact the vendor well an hr later still no tickets and missed the game.

Had tickets to a baseball game and when I went to print the tickets they were not attached to the email. Email said I would receive the tickets prior to event. When I called they were closed and I left a message and sent an email. I did receive the tickets at 945 for a 100 game and had a 3 and 1/2 hour drive. Needless to say late start, traffic jam and bad weather and missed the game. Called and complained and they claim to have sent the tickets one month prior. When I told them I never received the tickets it was blamed on my yahoo account. I told them it's funny I received them today with no problems and was told they are not responsible for lost tickets due to my email carrier. I will not use them again.

Had a horrible experience at the Cavaliers game last night. The guy was late, uncommunicative and unrepentent. We barely got into the game in time. He was shuffling over a dozen credit cards to make his system work. The whole thing was creepy and sleezy. Never use them!
