Horrible never got my tickets, won't response to calls or emails. But my account got debited. I still need to fight the charges.
They lie about when you get your tickets and then say you agreed to their "terms" which allow them to get tickets to you 4 hours before the event.

I called Cleveland Indians regarding the situation of the rain-out because they said that tickets could be exchanged for the October 2nd or 3rd game. They told me since I had third party tickets from seatgeeks that I would not be eligible since I did not get them from "MYTICKET" on the Indians website. They told me to contact SeatGeek, who told me to contact Uber. They have done nothing but lie to me, tell me that my game was made up, told me I could have gone to another game (Which the Indians said I could not).

Purchased 2 tickets for Eagles/Bills game in Philly. Was on the 50 yard line. Great seats / good time.

I buy 4-6 sets of tickets per year, mostly thru Stubhub. Never had an incident until I dealt with these people.
Not only did these guys allow their supplier to double sell their tickets, their service is horrible.
No answer while I'm at the turnstile. Had to buy new tickets at the box office.
Research took them almost a month, and then they told me their research indicated I'd used them. They offered no proof, just that the tickets had been used. Of course they had been used (by someone else) that's why they wouldn't let me in!
Thankfully this was a low demand event.
I'D NEVER USE THEM FOR AN EVENT THAT YOU ABSOLUTELY WANT TO GO TO.
After a month, they failed to honor their 200% guarantee and refunded me 100% of my money. That was 75% of what I had to pay at the box office for inferior seats.
Oh, and calling your client a liar isn't very good for repeat business.
Response to Uberseats response: if you'd answer the phone during reasonable event hours we could have had the Diamondbacks ticket GM escort us to the seats so we could take a picture of the people sitting in the double sold seats.
Note the common theme of all their responses: THEY HAVE A STRICT POLICY PROHIBITING THEIR SUPPLIERS FROM DOING BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BUT THEY APPARENTLY HAVE NO WAY TO EFFECTIVELY MONITOR OR MANAGE THAT. Buy your tickets elsewhere!
They don't even deserve the one star that I'm giving them! Tried to purchase tickets for a Red Sox game the day of because tickets were going pretty cheap. Went on Seat Geek and Uber Seats was through them on the website. They had no extra fees and we got pretty decent seats for $14! Right after I purchased them I got an email saying that I was pending confirmation for the tickets from the seller (this seemed pretty standard to me, I've used other websites that use sellers like this before). About 10 minutes later I got another e-mail saying that the order had been canceled because the tickets were no longer available, but since I used my debit card there was still going to be a pending fee of the $28 for 1-3 days. I was upset but figured that I just hadn't ordered them quick enough so I (stupidly) tried to order a different pair of tickets (a couple more dollars a ticket). Got the same pending confirmation email as before, and literally seconds later I got another email saying that they had been canceled AGAIN! I checked my bank statement and of course I was charged AGAIN with the pending fee! How is it possible that I can be charged for something when they aren't even sure that it is available? I went back on the website and guess what? Both sets of tickets that I tried to buy were still available on their website for selling! How? We called and emailed them and the limited feedback they gave us was not helpful AT ALL. We were down $70 (as two broke college students, that's a lot) until the money was refunded. We ended up just giving up and not going to the game! So upset. Will never use them again. No idea how anyone could give them 5 stars!
I have yet to receive my tickets for the 1:00pm Yankees game in New York, I have to take this 2 hour drive without even knowing if I'm gonna receive my tickets in time for the game smh
