Glad I took screen shots of every page prior to purchasing.
Paid for Premium seats in ORCHESTRA CENTER, ended up all the way in Orchestra RIGHT, where prices were much lower.
NOT HAPPENING. Purchase site was SeatGeek, purchased through UBER TICKET.
Not sure which one is the initial rip-off, but blaming both at this point for such a shady
Business practice.
Both seats, three hours later get an email that they can't get them for me even though it said instant download when I purchase them. Absolute clowns, spend the extra 10 bucks and use a real company
I just ordered tickets to the Arkansas-Alabama game and immediately received a confirmation email. The email states that they must verify tics, and you will be notified within 24 hours and then receive an email that contains a link to your "e-tickets". I received a phone call about 5 minutes after my order from New York, and a VERY nice girl named Ashley just wanted to verify my order because it was large, 5 tickets, and about 3 minutes after that phone call I received my email with my "e-tics". Very happy and GO HOGS!
I ordered tickets, didn't receive them until 2 days before the event after which they told me they sent them to my email a month ago. A Blatant lie, do not use this company.
I was hesitant ordering concert tickets from this site due to the reviews, but am happy that I did. I received the tickets three days before the show and got in with no problems! Thank you UberSeat!
I wrote a review a couple months back after receiving fake tickets to an la kings game trough überseat. I thought it was only fair to do a follow up with my experience. Sense my fake ticket incident I have been in contact with Uberseat and after a month of back and forth with my claim they did give me a 200 percent refund. All though I probly won't go through uber seat again it's only fair to mention that they honored my refund. It dosent help that I missed my last opertunity to see the Kings this season, but it makes it a little less painful.
I just wanted to follow-up my previous review of my ticketbuying experience with Uberseat. My wife and I purchased tickets in June to the Fall Out Boy concert at DTE Energy Music Theater. While I wish I could speak for everyone, I can't. However, our experience was absolutely amazing. Much to oursurprise
So, after I had already purchased 3 tickets for KYGO in Los Angeles at the Greek Theater I noticed soooo many bad reviews for Uberseat. The tickets that I purchased were e-tickets and I received them via email within 20mins after I bought them. Yet, after reading reviews I was very nervous that the tickets might not work on the day of the concert. I had absolutely no issues getting in. So, I thought I would share my experience, because the other reviews made me so worried that I was going to have a terrible experience. Hope this helps :)
I purchased two NBA tickets for a Sac vs Okc game tonight. My husband and I went to the gate, the tickets were scanned and we were told the tickets were not valid! I was so mad. The attendant escorted us to two box offices to try to assist us and both times we were told the tickets were not valid. I will not be using this site ever again. I have contacted our bank to dispute the money and will also report this company to the BBB. CONSUMER BEWARE!
Hi Kim. Please accept our sincerest apologies. Whenever a broker provides double sold tickets, we expect them to provide you with a 200% refund for your tickets. Please contact us at 888-501-3955 or email us at help@uberseat.com at your earliest convenience so that we can discuss your experience at the venue and get started on the refund process.
We ordered 2 tix for New Years Eve performance comedian Brian Regan. He cancelled. No refunds?! Just wait for the reschedule and hope you can attend?
Absolutely awful. Found UberSeat through a Groupon deal for concert tickets. When I didn't receive my tickets a month later, I was told via email to contact them 2-3 days before. When I contacted them 2 and 3 days before, I was put on hold for 50 minutes only to go to voicemail, then got an email saying to contact them if I didn't receive them THE DAY BEFORE THE CONCERT. Obviously, completely unacceptable. And this was a gift on top of it all, so it was very embarrassing to say that I didn't know whether my friend's gift was even legitimate! I finally received my tickets at 10:30pm the night before! Less than 24 hours before the concert! Never using UberSeat or anything besides StubHub ever again.
This company is a scam setup. They are called UberSeat but they are not affiliated in any way with Uber the car service. I wanted to order tickets for a hockey game for my 7-year-old son's birthday. I went on SeatGeek and saw some seats for $57. I ordered two and only noticed after paying that although they were called "seats" the fine print at the bottom it said Row: SRO. I immediately got suspicious and went to the venue website and sure enough these were not seats at all but Standing Room tickets in what can only be charitably described as a hockey mosh pit for drunks. Within 5 minutes of starting the order I emailed to cancel it. UberSeat emailed me back immediately saying -- " The tickets were clearly listed as "SRO" and in the notes of the section it stated they are standing room only. We are very sorry, but we are unable to refund the order for you. However, you are more than able to resell the tickets on StubHub, Ebay, Craigslist, or Tickets Now to mitigate your loss." Keep in mind, this is less than 5 minutes after starting the transaction, before receiving a confirmation and they are already blowing me off. Plus, how can I resell tickets that they are allegedly going to deliver via email? Forward the email? I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company and sending a note to the actual Uber company that they should investigate these guys for trademark infringement.
Hi Christopher. We're a bit confused. We never claimed we were affiliated with Uber the car service. We are a ticketing company that specializes in tickets to games, concerts, and shows, such as Broadway shows and musicals.
When you purchased the tickets on the checkout page, the Section and Row clearly stated, "Standing Room Only" and even in the description of the tickets on the top of the page, it stressed, "These seats are standing room only."
We understand that sometimes when you see a great deal for tickets, it's easy to neglect the information clearly presented on the checkout page. However, there was ample information available on the checkout page that indicated that your tickets were Standing Room Only. You agreed to our terms and conditions on the checkout page that stated that all sales are final and there are no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed--even if you contact us within 5 minutes of placing your order.
Hope that helps!
I tried to buy tickets on UberSeat but their system sold me one ticket for the WRONG DATE. Also, they got the QUANITY WRONG. Wrong date. Wrong quantity. I sent them an email and complained. Someone named "Matt" called me back and gave me their useless corporate policy which was they refuse to give credits. So, Matt, here is your NEGATIVE REVIEW. DON'T USE THIS WEB SITE! Warning Warning everyone... DO NOT USE UBER SEAT...
DO NOT ORDER TICKETS FROM THIS SITE. I ordered Britney Spears tickets and a few days before the event had still not gotten tickets. When I contacted them, they told me that they had sold me tickets to the wrong day. I have been on hold for over twenty minutes and am furious. Terrible company
The worst. After 20 hrs of no response to calls and emails they let me know via email that I would not get the tickets... 2 hrs prior to the game.
Stay away!
Hi there,
We're sorry to hear you're disappointed in UberSeat. Do you mind writing to us at help@uberseat.com or calling us at 888-501-3955? We're not recognizing the name, so we're unsure if we had any correspondence from you or not concerning your order. It's best to reach out to us directly to resolve the issue you're experiencing, as we cannot locate your order solely by name. Hope that helps!
I had to contact Uberseat to have my tickets sent to me. Got the feel they would have no problem letting your tickets go undelivered unless you are on top of it! Beware!
I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend uberseat. The most stressful situation I've dealt with when ordering tickets. Honestly, not sure how this company still exists with all these repeat negative reviews.
Sent me 4 emails with wrong tickets, and then decided to tell me the evening before the game that the tickets I originally purchased could be received in person. The Uberseat representative instructs me to contact the seller about an hour prior to meeting. I do so, and meet him to find out he won't give me the tickets because the tickets weren't under my name (This guy was also one of the rudest people I've had to deal with)! I call Uberseat (again) and they continue to apologize and try to fix the issue. To make a long story short - at the end of the day I did receive my tickets. However, me and my friends ended up having to walk about a mile to get the tickets, we missed most of the first quarter, the most stressful ticket purchasing situation, and had to deal with some rude sellers (who later apologized). I really wish I had read the reviews for this company before purchasing the tickets through LivingSocial. Please save yourself a LOT of headache and stress! Look somewhere else.
If I could give this place a Zero out of 5 stars, I definitely would. The way this crazy company works is they take your money before seeing if your ticket is still available. So, if someone else has purchased the ticket you want within the amount of time you haven't refreshed the app or the other broker has updated his stock of tickets, the ticket you are buying will be "canceled" but UberSeat still takes your money.
Their customer service is absolute garbage. They give you their "customer service" number on their website as being *******955. If you call this number, you will reach a computer voice telling you to email them or leave a message. What they don't advertise on their crappy website is the number to get in touch with an actual person, which is: *******387.
After waiting on hold for some 20+ minutes, a man who sounded 100% uninterested in anything I had to say answered my call and explained to me what I wrote in the first paragraph. So, if you do not call UberSeat and confront the issue, they will literally take your money and run. When I asked the guy if there was any form of compensation for wasted money and time, he just said no.
UberSeat is a scam of a company that is designed to swindle your money away from you.
I thought I purchased Chicago Blackhawks tickets from SeatGeek because I used their app, but got an email from UberSeat after placing the order so I guess UberSeat was the one that facilitated the order. Loved it. Got the confirmation and the e-tickets within an hour. I called the next day because I'd never heard of UberSeat and was hesitant that the name on the ticket was not mine, but the CSR assured me that was normal and it shouldn't be an issue. Gonna have fun at my game with my husband!
Answer: Hi Whitney, MLB tickets sometimes get issued and generated before the official schedule has been set in stone. It's always best to go by the official team schedule online- but if you shoot us an e-mail at help@uberseat.com, we can always verify for you. Thanks! -The UberSeat Team
UberSeat has a rating of 2.3 stars from 162 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with UberSeat most frequently mention customer service, credit card and purchase tickets. UberSeat ranks 128th among Tickets sites.
Hi Bailey! Thanks so much for posting here about your experience. We're really sorry that some of our reviews caused you so much stress when going to your event. We know how important live events are and understand how frustrating it must have been to be worried about the validity of your tickets instead of getting excited about the event. That being said, we're so glad that you didn't run into any problems and we truly appreciate you taking the time to write about your experience here. If you ever purchase from us again and have any questions or problems, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by phone (888-501-3955) or email (help@uberseat.com). We're always happy to help! Thanks again. Have a great day! -The UberSeat Team
