I purchased my tickets to an NFL game through UberSeat the evening before the game. I'd been searching on Ticketmaster and StubHub for the past week and prices were much higher than I would spend. I saw a set of very reasonably priced tickets for very good seats on SeatGeek, which linked to UberSeat, and decided to go for it. Afterwards, I searched for reviews on UberSeat, which brought me here. Needless to say I was extremely nervous the tickets would not work after reading all of these negative reviews. I even warned my friend as we were standing in line that we may get turned away. However, I received the email with the link to the tickets within 10 mins of purchase, the tickets worked, and the seats were even better than I was expecting (they were aisle seats... I was expecting to be packed in the middle of the row for the price).

After seeing all the negative reviews, I wanted to leave my positive review so that others would know that it is possible to have a great experience with UberSeat.

The prices are always very competitive and the fact that there aren't unnecessary fees added on to the price is main reason I don't waste my time on other ticket sites

Don't purchase anything with UberSeat! We purchased tickets for a game, and to our surprise, the box office at University of North Carolina, Kenan Stadium, stadium SeatGeek, a so called broker is known for doing what they did to us. We purchased, got an email receipt but never got tickets. Apparently they are great at listing low rates, but their tickets cost us more than what they were at the desk! Please don't even consider even if you feel your purchase is urgent. Just purchase your tickets at the box office! Never again! You will be mislead. We phoned them at the box office and got a voice message. We got a call one day after our event, and when we explained in detail our issue, the guy on the other end just kept asking us to repeat our contact information, even though we made it clear. We requested a refund, and were not given one. We went to our bank and explained we did not get what we paid for. They issued the refund. There is a reason why there are sooo many negative reviews. Absolutely, do not purchase with UberSeat!

Hello! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. UberSeat is a secondary ticket market, so box offices will often provide bad information about buying tickets on the secondary market so that they can sell more tickets themselves. These tickets were delivered via email prior to the event, but the confirmation page was printed instead of the tickets because of the order in which the emails arrived. That being said, UberSeat has since resolved this issue and processed a refund for the purchase because of the circumstances surrounding the problem with the tickets and the bad information provided by the box office. UberSeat is always willing to stand by tickets sold on our site and the delivery methods used to send them. In this case, there was confusion about the e-ticket email, so we have worked with the customer to resolve this issue since this review was posted. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Order 7 angel tickets and got charge for all 7 tickets then after it said tickets were not available after they had charged. The money from my bank account. I ended up not going to the game.

I would recommend to anyone considering purchasing tickets through this company that they read the very fine details in the very long terms and conditions section.

Not too long ago I ordered several tickets to an event, and upon checkout the amount was confirmed as it was stated. However, after receiving my cc statement the amount was significantly different. When I called to inquire as to why this was, I was informed that the amount I received upon check out was in US dollars. Now. I have no problem with this, and understand that amounts will vary depending on country, locations, etc, I personally feel thought that this fact should be mentioned when checking out that the amount is in US currency, and that an individual should not have to scroll through the back pages of terms and conditions to find this out. Not to mention, when I called to inquire the agent on the phone was quite rude and defensive.

Working in marketing and consumer products myself, it is proper conduct to make things clear and concise for your consumer. This in return will prompt positive word of mouth marketing, and an overall honest and high standard of the company's care of their customers. Uberseats will not receive this sort of positive feedback from me.

Hi Everyone,

I've never written a review before but wanted to for this. Here's my story. Hope it helps someone.

My dad wanted to go to a Green Bay Packers game. We live in NY so we wanted to get tickets from NFL Ticket Exchange to be sure they would work. We found a much better deal on UberSeat through SeatGeek though, so we wanted to get better seats for less. I looked for reviews first and even though I saw a lot of them were negative, there were enough positive ones that I decided to go for it.

After I placed the order I noticed it said they don't have to deliver the tickets until close to the event time. I emailed them because we needed them before we left. They replied right away and said there wouldn't be a problem.

The next morning I received two FedEx packages with the tickets. Two were correct but two were wrong. They were better seats than I ordered but we all wanted to sit together and at this point all of the bad reviews were making me nervous. I called and emailed demanding a refund but they told me they would resolve it with the other party. I got another FedEx with the right tickets and a prepaid label to return the other ones.

Since I was still a little nervous I went on NFL Ticket Exchange and entered the bar codes to see if they would register. They did. I checked again before we left and before we went to tailgate. They worked and we had a great time.

Sorry to see people had different experiences. For me they were professional and had good customer service.

I ordered dodger tickets through my email account. I did not receive them instantly. So I called the next day. I was courteously helped by a rep. She told me that there may have been a glitch with my e mail account. While I was on the phone with the rep, She sent me e tickets which showed up as we were talking. I have no issues with Uber seats. I think they are a great option for affordable seating. THANK YOU UBER SEATS FOR GREAT, AFFORDABLE SEATING. I LOVE UBER SEATS! I found a site where I can attend events more than once a year with your affordable seating options.

I bought tickets through Uberseat... they had no problem charging me $100. Then I got to the game and Uberseat had SOLD THE TICKETS TO SOMEONE ELSE. I was rejected at the gate. I then got an e-mail from Uberseat saying they'd refund my money, and I have NOT YET received my money... it has been over a week... I suspect they are a scam and I will never get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM UBERSEAT UNDER ANY CONDITIONS. Use stubhub or any other site but do not use them... they are a SCAM.

I placed an order through SeatGeek to buy tickets for a Real Salt Lake Soccer game on Tuesday April 14th. The event was on Saturday April 18th. I called them Saturday because, although I had received a confirmation email letting me know that my e-tickets were available, I never got an email with the actual tickets. They didn't answer my calls, my emails or my submitted help tickets. I had to cancel this charge through my bank. UberSeat didn't contact me until the morning AFTER the event. I never received my tickets event though UberSeat advertises a 100% guarantee that you will have your tickets before the event. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDS.

I was just reading the review regarding the family that went to Phoenix and their Super Bowl tickets were not there. That could of been us. We bought Super Bowl tickets last week through Uber, in the 100 section, 4 tickets. I waited to receive my Fed Ex tracking number. My other friends were receiving their tickets that they ordered through SeatGeek through other carriers on the web site. After a lot of e-mails going back and forth to UberSeat, asking where my tickets were, they told me that I would have to pick up my tickets in Phoenix. Originally it was advertised that they would send me a Fed Ex tracking number to me. I was not going to fly in tomorrow morning for the game and take a gamble that the tickets would be there. I cancelled my order because they could not give me a Fed Ex Tracking number after a few days waiting. Now American Express will be disputing my charge to UberSeat. We had to go buy Super Bowl tickets again and pay an extra $5K, but we received our tickets the next day. A lesson to learn, but not everyday we buy Super Bowl tickets.

I have never been so upset with a service in my life, and trust me, everyone I know will hear about it. I recently bought tickets for myself and my boyfriend for an Anaheim ducks vs. blackhawks playoff game on May 25th. These were a surprise present for my boyfriend before he deploys to Iraq for 6 months. I paid over $400 for these tickets. So imagine my surprise when I get an email this morning telling me the tickets that I have already paid for are unavailable. I had bought them through SeatGeek.com and it opened straight to the page where I pay.

It is very interesting how on seatgeek there was no information that says there is a high probability that working with UberSeat will result in you getting completely screwed over. This is a play off game. Are my tickets still available for the same price or in the same section? Of course not! I called UberSeat arsing them what could be done, if they could help me locate tickets that have a guarantee, why their entire business model is flawed, and, at the end when they offered me no help, why they were so incredibly useless. They offered me no solution, no help, and basically told me I needed to get over it.

Warning to everyone using their site. I have never been so blind sided or had such awful and useless customer service in my whole life. I am actually going to enjoy writing these reviews on every website I can find because I never want this to happen to anyone else and it may just make me feel a little better for completely ruining a surprise gift before my boyfriend deploys.

Thanks for this feedback. Once our vendors have confirmed an order, they are obligated to fulfill it. Occasionally- rarely- a customer will place an order on our site and the vendor will not be able to confirm it. When this happens, the customer is never actually charged for the order. Sometimes this may happen if moments from each other two different customers place orders for the same set of tickets. I had no problems with the ticket purchase for a Washington Nationals game. The real fun begins if your event is cancelled (rain-out). The Nationals will only issue refunds if you purchased the tickets directly from the team. I contacted UberSeats and after leaving several messages without a callback, finally got through. I was promptly told to contact the Nationals. When I informed them that I did while at the and was told to contact the ticket broker, I was put on hold. Several minutes later the customer service rep told me that I was right. He told me that UberSeats would not refund my money and suggested that I use another ticket broker such as stub to try and resell the seats in the event that the game was ever rescheduled. I explained that the game would only be rescheduled if it had playoff implications, as Cincinnati was not scheduled to play in DC anymore. Back on hold for several minutes and then told once again, "your are right, but we will not refund your money, unless the game is officially cancelled." I told him that decision will not be made until October. He again suggested that I try to resell the tickets for a game that may or may not actually be played myself. I suggested that UberSeats refund my money and that they resell them and was told that they are not willing to take the risk with their money and suggested further that I make future ticket purchases directly from the team or venue. Interesting advice from a secondary market broker but advice I will definitely follow.

I purchased Madonna tickets on this site, payed a ridiculous price for them, way more than what the seat was worth, but it was on my bucket list to see this performer live in concert so I purchased the tickets on March 9th and waited seven months with no tickets. Bought a beautiful outfit for the concert and told everyone I knew that I would be seeing Madonna only to realize that I might never see this concert due to UberSeat, finally after contacting UberSeat by e-mail and phone several times and telling them I hadn't received my tickets on October 5th at 6pm I finally get my tickets, thought that I wouldn't ever see them. Stay away from this site at all cost, go with another provider.

I bought tickets to Celtics/Timberwolves on 02/20 for a game on 02/21. It's two hours until gametime and I have not received tickets. I emailed Uberseat at approximately 8:30am and was told to create a flashseats account with zero indication how to be credited the tickets on my flashseats account. Moreover, upon purchasing the tickets, Uberseats confirmed the order on 02/20, reporting that I would receive an email with my tickets shortly.

Again, it is two hours until gametime with no tickets; I tried to call Uberseats directly multiple times, each time having my call go to voicemail after remaining on hold for six minutes at a time.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Never again.

Edit - I never received the Tickets to the game and missed the event as a result. Only by complaining to the good people at seatgeek (The vendor I purchased the UberSeats tickets from) did they put pressure on uberseats to give me a refund.

Stay away.
