Super customer service

I ordered a handbag but didn't notice that handbags are not eligible for return. I was unhappy with the handbag because I couldn't open the center compartment fully. Customer service waived the rule about no returns since it was my first purchase. They quickly emailed me a return postage label

I bought jewelries worth of over 200 dollars and I just wore one for two weeks and it has totally changed to a dark color, but in the description they have written that the color will not change, so their goods are not what they saywon't be buying anything from them anymore

Great Customer Support

I ordered a bracelet that was shown to be gold toned & when I received it, it was silver. I reached out to customer support and Chelsea responded promptly to let me know that the picture on the site was incorrect (she had already made sure that it was corrected) & that I could return the bracelet. Everything was so easy with no hassles or frustration. Chelsea was cheerful and professional & is a great representative for TumbleDeal.

I received a message board only to find that upon opening the box and viewing the product that it had be all scratched up. Just as if a 3 year old got a hold of it and went crazy scratching it up. I contacted the support team via email and within a week I had the issue resolved. I am so happy that I found tumble deal and I look forward to many more purchases. But if you have an issue, you must email them because all they have is a recording when you try to contact someone. So email is the best and only way to contact them.

In the reply, I was notified that purses are non-returnable items; however, because I was a first time buyer an exception has been granted. I was immediately sent a code by email, along with a receipt stating that I would receive a tracking number when it shipped. I waited a week to now avail. I got a hold of Support and they handled my issue expeditiously.

Refunds ignored
April 26, 2015

I had purchased earrings and when I received them they were damaged. I emailed to get a return authorization and heard back after 3 days of waiting that my return was approved and now I had to wait until someone in another department sent me a return label for my refund. Well that was 4 weeks ago. I tried emailing them again after 2 weeks but just got a reply that my return label was in process. Not sure how long that process takes but after 4 weeks and I still have not received it I'm pretty sure it's not coming. I will never buy from Tumble deal again nor recommend them to my friends.
