Why don't you tell customers that the Coach bags they are buying at inflated prices are actually Factory Outlet bags that were mass produced expressly for Coach Outlet stores? These "Coach" bags are not of the same quality as the ones from the retail store. It is a great disappointment for customers who are familiar with Coach bags to pay top dollar for an inferior product. Why not just be up front about the origin of these bags and let the customer decide?

This company is one big fraud. I bought two advertised "Kincades" reproductions on canvas. They are signed Thomas Kinkado. I even took them onto a Kincade gallery. I almost got laughed out of the gallery. Embarrassing. I contacted the company and they back peddled big time. Didn't get a refund and they dropped all contact with me. BUYERS BEWARE! YOUR NOT GETTING WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE!

Hi from a former customer. I bought 2 Chacal red "alligator" purses from Tumbledeal and a pair of DAWGS sandals. The first purse was gorgeous. Since I had never heard of that name brand, I didn't know what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised - it was gorgeous. A $260 bag for about $41. A couple weeks later, the latch started getting hinky and it took a little doing to snap it closed. Then one of the inside compartments came unsewn. Neither of these are huge obstacles to enjoying the handbag, yet they do indicate that the purse was, in fact, a second, one that did not pass muster upon first inspection. Weeks later, I saw another gorgeous red Chacal purse in a different style. I got it for about $40 ($260 retail, so the site said) and once delivered, I found it beautiful. All seams appear to be sewn. The clutch mechanism is very tight, which could indicate that it, too, was a factory second. All said, EVERY time I have one of these bags on my person, I get at least 1 compliment from a woman, but usually more than one. I do tell them about the site with a warning about my experiences. $40 for a gorgeous purse that may not last a lifetime in this day and age is still a bargain. What I found/find appalling is that Tumbledeal does not respond to its customers in a professional manner. I agree with you on that most wholeheartedly. My DAWGS sandals are great; I highly recommend the DAWGS brand - it's like walking on a cloud. I reviewed Tumbledeal some weeks ago regarding their poor customer service skills. Perhaps they are such a young company they have not learned that word-of-mouth can kill them. I had 7 items ordered when they ticked me off and I demanded they all be reversed. They reversed all but one, the so-called "bamboo" sheets that are really polyester. I figured that they were enroute from China and the purchase impossible to reverse. Since I am out of state, I will have to wait to see if they followed through with the return shipping label, but I doubt it since prior correspondence indicated it could be emailed to me and it hasn't been,. Even after responding to good ole Blake, the customer service person someone put in charge of giving the impression that Tumbledeal gives a dang about its customers. I have yet to see any of his responses address the unhappy customer in any manner except with condescension. I've not read all review answers to see if someone else made the suggestion to contact your credit card company (the one used in the transaction with Tumbledeal) and request a chargeback. They (credit card company) will likely want the background on the transaction, what you thought you were getting based upon the info Tumbledeal gave you at point of sale, and what you actually got, plus any to and fro correspondence with them (Tumbledeal) regarding your desire to return the item for a full refund. Credit card companies are generally quite fair regarding chargebacks. And, if enough people complain about a company's antics and ethics (like fraud, for example), sometimes they will no longer allow the company to take their credit card, like MasterCard, Visa, etc., since they don't like to deal with masses of chargebacks and "slippery" companies. I suggest that every dissatisfied customer contact their credit card company with their complaints and request a chargeback AFTER they've made an effort with Tumbledeal to get their $ back since they (credit card company) won't step in until that effort has taken place and been ignored or denied. I DO believe that Tumbledeal knows full well that many items, if not most, are factory seconds. It is possible that the customer service personnel have never formally been advised of this, which is a shame since they are the contact point for all complaints. IF YOU INTEND TO RETURN TO TUMBLEDEAL FOR MORE DEALS, MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THE "MORE INFO" FACTS contained in the item description. Many items are not returnable. However, if FRAUD is being perpetrated, it would seem the credit card company would want to be advised and could perhaps still reverse the charge. The Tumbledeal business model COULD be great, but it appears to have settled with being just plain... questionable.
