When I found Tumble Deal I was hesitant, so I bought a purse, for $24, because I figured I could accept this loss if it turned out bad. It was GREAT. The purse arrived quickly. It was exactly as advertised. Everything I have ordered since has been the same great experience. I have got several of my friends tumbling as well.
Received 4 pieces of jewelry. All were crap! NOTHING like pics or descriptions! Inferior stones, back of stones sprayed with silver paint on stones that were supposed to be Swarovski crystals! Settings were cheap silver colored metal. Amythists were purple glass! Other items just as bad. And then they said they won't return my money because the items were 'final' sales. What a deceptive web company that needs to be shut down! And don't even try to tell me they have the 1000's of LV duffle bags they have supposedly 'sold'! THEY freeze the auctions to make it look like these pieces have been sold.

Tracking showed several items were delivered April 23rd; however, I hadn't received them. I was anxious to get my purchases because they were meant to be Mother's Day and May 12th birthday gifts. My queriers were answered promptly, but I didn't feel satisfied because I still didn't have the items I already paid for. Then my fiance realized he had forgotten mail in the glove box of his car... there were my purchases. Also, customer service was going to replace my items after I filled out a form. Fortunately, problem was resolved with the discovery in the car's glove box! Thank you

Answer: The Coach purse we received was a plastic knock-off, even though the one I purchased was advertised as being made out of leather. It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.

Also, when an item stops tumbling, it doesn't necessarily mean that someone purchased it. Our algorithm will stop an item from tumbling after it reaches a certain point and re-schedule it to tumble again later.
