Today I received a second quilt (after not receiving the first one ordered) which customer service is sending me a mailing label to return. I finally received a quilt 3 days ago and the reordered quilt came today. Go figure!

Free ship code didn't work for me- (I think I forgot to hit apply) anyway, emailed customer service and within minutes received a response - I received a credit on my account for the amount of shipping that should have been free - and the service provider was very professional and nice!
