TumbleDeal
Questions & Answers

I am curious about the quality of the jewelry on the site. The prices seem too good to be true. When advertises as Swarovski is it the "real deal" or a marketing ploy to get you to think it is Swavorski when it really isn't?

Hi Karen. My name is Blake and I'm a representative from Tumble Deal. I want to give you a little peace of mind that all items on our site are legitimate and as described in the product description/title. If the description states that it is a Swarovski, then rest assured it is Swarovski. Feel free to reach out to us at support@TumbleDeal.com if you have questions about any particular item and we will be happy to provide any information you need. Thanks for checking us out! Hope you 'tumble' into some great deals!

How long does it take?

The Coach purse we received was a plastic knock-off, even though the one I purchased was advertised as being made out of leather. It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.

I doubt I will be buying from them again. The tear drop Swarovski earrings were absolutely not Swarovsk as stated. I wore them for 1/2 hour and the tear drop broke off the wire. I knew as soon as I saw them that they were a " made in China " product that they probably paid 17 cents for! No more for me. If they don't refund my money I will just take it up with my CC company!

My experience has a been OK, but then I'm a careful shopper, know the retail price, etc. I DON"T buy the jewelry, clothes, bags or things I can't check on the price and/or know they can't be knockoffs...

I purchased two what was listed as Thomas Kinkades. They stated the original price was 2200. 00 and that they were on canvas but not originals. They stated they came with a certificate of authenticity. What I got were copies signed Thomas Kinkado, raised paintings like on a globe, and a copy of a letter of authenticity that was cut in half. Un frickin believable. I took them to an actual Kinkade gallery and was practicaly laughed out of the gallery! These are clearly from CHINA!

THEY ARE NOT SWAROVSKI! I purchased the Clear Crystal Slake Black Silk Bracelet Made with Swarovski ELEMENTS! Now that I received the bracelet... I should have read the ELEMENTS part. This is not a Swarovshi bracelet. THANK GOD I paid $7 for it! 1 Should have known. I would not even pay $5 for what I got. Its a cheap quality bracelet - made out of foam - with cheap rhinestones glued on. I can literally see the glue! I've purchased MANY Swarovski items... rings, bracelets, sunglasses, paper weight... this is not their quality. Save your money and time. DO NOT BUY!

Honestly, I doubt they are going to be real. You can view YouTube videos to find out if they are real or not. I am pretty sure they are not going to be real. I ordered a pair of 18k gold earrings. Forty-eight hours later, they were leaving green stains on my ear and the gold started to turn to bronze. I immediately knew they were fake. I am very disappointed but I am glad I didn't pay over $8.00 for these. I threw them in the trash. I wouldn't recommend buying jewelry from this site.

They are all fake! The supposed earrings I ordered that were 'Swarovski Crystals' were from Thailand and SILVER SPRAYED RHINESTONES!
