Am thinking this site is really a hoax. You buy what you think is a more expensive item (Westport 1000 TC Egyptian cotton 6 piece sheet set valued at about $160 at Macy's) and they keep sending you the cheaper quality merchandise (Home collection 4 piece cotton/polyester blend sheet set). Wasting my time having to send the wrong item back again. All I want now is my money back. Don't waste your time like I did on this site.

Now I am sending back the item again to get a refund. Still waiting on the return label. So, I am going through going to UPS twice and am very frustrated. Do not purchase from these people please.

I ordered an item & realized no size choice was entered. The problem was IMMEDIATELY RESOLVED. (my error). Plan to re order without a doubt.
I purchased a product that after using for several times disappointed me! I wrote and expressed my concerns and within days had the problem resolved. I have purchased several items from Tumbledeal and now feel more comfortable that they stand behind their product.
Once I changed my password, forgot my password that I used on my first order. Customer service was very helpful in helping me set up the new password.
I bought a lot of wonderful items through Tumbledeal, I haven't received all my orders yet but 3 items was lost or stolen and Chelsea and London worked on the order and, was able to get me a store credit! I'm very impressed.

Bracelet arrived broken. I called and they initially were going to issue a return label so I could ship it back for free. They then changed it to tell me just donate the bracelet to charity and my credit card has been refunded. I like the thought of charity if I can repair the bracelet.

I ordered two pairs of 'sterling silver' earrings. They were cheap and bent easily. On the hoop earrings one of the clasps was stuck and it bent so easily when I tried to open it. They looked so cheap and flimsy-nothing like the picture. I wouldn't trust anything else from them and I'm glad I didn't spend too too much. This looks like dollar-store jewelry.

DONT USE THIS SITE! Ordered a MK purse, got a fake no name purse that looks like it has been used several times over. The outside of it was scratched and the inside was ALL black! It had makeup stains, pen stains and just nasty dirt all inside. This website is horrible. Called to ask for a refund and why my purse was dirty inside. The lady basically told me that she was disconnecting the call now and all items are final sale.

It sounds like you have purchased your handbag from our pre-loved Michael Kors event. This event had used items that were legitimate, and all signs of wear should have been mentioned in the product description.

Answer: The Coach purse we received was a plastic knock-off, even though the one I purchased was advertised as being made out of leather. It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.
