Purchased an amazing bracelet for my daughter's 45th birthday to go along with the other surprises in her bag of goodies, but when received I found it to be slightly damaged. I quickly contacted "help" and within one day I received an email with the news that a return label was on it's way with instructions on how to proceed. Now I know that her birthday goody bag will contain all that I wanted it to.
First time using site, have found turnaround time to be very slow. Product very nice. Disappointed in lack of communication. Paid for merchandise, was cancelled by Tumbledeal, I was not notified. When I never received merchandise, I had to notify Tumbledeal that I didnt get merchandise at which time of was then notified of cancellation. Did receive quick refund, But not impressed with communication. Gonna give it another try as I actually like the site itself.
Thus far it was great! But, I haven't received my item yet. However, upon reciving it, I will then decide for sure how to re-rate it. I'm excited to see what condition my sea-creatures-swarovski elements bangle arrives. I bought my first deal through Tumble Deal and will not use them again. I never rec'd my Tracking Number when they said I would. I had to request it two times before I could finally get it. By that time my order had been returned due to incorrect address which I could have caught if I had rec'd the tracking number when requested. I called Customer Service and was told they could resend the item only to receive an email the next day that the item was now out of stock and I would not be receiving it. Very disappointing.

I was concerned about my store credit because it was not reflected on my account. And I did not receive an invoice in the box. I sent an email and Curtis quickly responded. I needed more info so I sent another email was sent, It was always on the same day that I received an answer. I did not have to go thru a Panic attack and wait for my response, after $1094 for a handbag and not using my store credit OMG. I will definitely recommend Tumble Deal to my friends and let them know that I received excellent and not to worry about all the negative stories about ordering online. Answer: The Coach purse we received was a plastic knock-off, even though the one I purchased was advertised as being made out of leather. It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.
