Unable to be cancelled. Remarkable. Not sure I will shop here again. But I have been very happy with other items I have ordered.

My only concern was, given my daughter is severely allergic to shellfish and one order placed was a 64 inch pearl necklace. I attempted to clarify if it was really pearl. I did receive the answer twenty four hours after purchase that they were faux pearls. It was good for me, given my daughter's daughter's allergies, though misleading to others thinking they were purchasing authentic pearls. It is a bit concerning when purchasing jewelry if quality stated is what is being purchased.
I have not found an unpleasant person anywhere along the way.

I bought a Prada bag for my mom. She wanted a Prada bag for so long and when we seen one, we decided to get that one. When it arrived, my mom was so disappointed, it was so small, it's not what she expected. I e-mailed the customer support and see if there's a way we could return it and get a refund. I got a reply saying that we could return it because it's the first time I ordered so we got a "break". Thank you so much!
Chelsea was was very helpful and took care of all the problems IMMEDIATELY! I could also understand every word she said, obviously she is an American! She was very kind and helpful, it was refreshing to speak with someone so kind at customer service! I was seriously considering not dealing with Tumble Deal anymore but I will continue to ONLY because of her GREAT attitude.

I finally received the 8 pc towel set. Apparently I was told via email and customer service that the original package was lost and they were unable to track it. Customer service gladly sent another set and I just received them on April 21st almost a month from the day I purchased them. Emails were very informative and the responses were quick. Thank you. 1. I called and spoke with a representative that told me to send it back in its original packaging. 2. I was sent an email with the return address label. And couldn't open or print it from the available software. 3. Called again and as told one was mailed to me. But overall the strangest thing I was asked if I wanted another pair.

Answer: The Coach purse we received was a plastic knock-off, even though the one I purchased was advertised as being made out of leather. It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.
