I placed an order for a Rhodium Plated Silver and White Swarovski Elements Round-cut Tennis Bracelet on 4/7/15. This particular bracelet was part of a silver jewelry event and the bracelet was pictured showing that it was silver.
When I received the bracelet on 4/17/15, it was gold tone, not silver as depicted on-line when I ordered it. I would not have ordered the bracelet had it been gold tone. I preferred to have the bracelet replaced with what was depicted online, but if a silver tone bracelet of the same quality or better was not available, I wanted to return the bracelet, at no cost to me, for a full refund.
I received an Email response within 24 hours from when I submitted the comments above via TumbleDeal's online Customer Support, even though it was the weekend and the Customer Support phone recording said the office was closed. I hope that TumbleDeall will be able to exchange the item for the one depicted online. If not, I expect to receive a full refund.
I had an initial question but figured it out as soon as I sent the inquiry. However, I had an additional question and not only did I get a quick response, it was a great answer that I had concerns about since this was my first time ordering. The responder was very kind and courteous, which made my experience even better and I will be returning to shop on this site.
I ordered earrings that were silver and had so called crystals. They arrived broken and the hook that goes in your ear was just stuck on the end of the earring and looked cheap! The material that it was made of looked like something out of a box of cracker jacks. If I would of seen these in the 99 cent store I would of laughed!

Due to some sort of mix up when checking out of a freeze price I had won, I received two and was charged for two, of the item. I wanted only one. When I explained the situation to the service representative, he got back to me pretty quickly with a solution. I would be emailed a return label so I could mail back the extra, unwanted, item at no cost to me since it was not my error.

I had to make my first exchange after purchasing several items on Tumble Deal. I was nervous because many discount websites make it almost impossible to return or exchange an item. I was VERY pleasantly surprised by how simple and easy it was to initiate an exchange through Tumble Deal. They responded very quickly and were able to assist me with my exchange so that it went smoothly.
My shopping experience with TumbleDeal has been awesome. With affordable prices, I was able to purchase many items that I otherwise could not afford to purchase. These products are attention getters. They also, appear to made of high quality materials.
Ordered a purse based on picture on website. Metallic accents appeared to be silver but in reality are bright brass - very cheap looking. No refund on purses - store credit was offered to me as an exception to a their "all purse sales are final" policy. Not interested in future purchases with a store having such a rigid return/refund policy.

Answer: The Coach purse we received was a plastic knock-off, even though the one I purchased was advertised as being made out of leather. It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.
