I got wind of this website and decided to look at reviews before I try it. All the 4 or 5 star ratings are about customer service being friendly and responsive to issues about returns..., but no rave review about the items themselves. It seems people are returning items back and if they are refunded, they are jumping for joy. Why shop somewhere (or anywhere) if you are going to return it? It's not like it's a electronic device that stops working. THAT I can understand returning but not a freakin handbag or necklace. I got some advice. Try walking into a retail store to shop.
I think this site is a total sham- you basically can return NOTHING. I ordered perfume- it was clearly used before. Box was filthy- clear plastic sticker that seals the lid had been sliced open, not to mentioned the perfume smelled NOTHING like it does in the store- clearly a knock off. Site is a total rip off. Don't bother with it.

Customer Service was very fast in responding to my request. I bought a ring that was too small, they checked to see if they had the ring in a larger size and gave me all the details in returning it.
Several emails were sent back and forth. Every question I had was answered quickly and succinctly. Might I add pleasantly? All in all, it was a very pleasant experience for a change from other sites I have dealt with.
They place items up for bid take the money from your account... Apparently you won the bid. Wrong!
You get an Email that unfortunately they cannot execute the order due to stock issues and that the money will be placed back into your account within a couple of days.
Wonder what would happen if you overpaid... I guess they would make a point of finding the items...
Reputable companies don't conduct business this way.

Tumble deal was very quick to respond to my question concerning my order. They were also knowledgeable.
Though my first purchase with TumbleDeal wasn't the best ever and I did return the item I bought, it is because of the interaction with the young lady in your Customer Support center who was just so courteous, professional, pleasant and willing to go that extra step that I will shop with TumbleDeal again.
Dissatisfied with business practices. Not allowed to consider purchase prior to order being placed. Promo code for free shipping not honored. I saw similar item online for a much lower price. I paid 700% more on tumbledeal.com, than I would have on the other advertised site. Tumbledeal.com has suspicious checkout practices, as well. I clicked to send mailing information at checkout, and the site pushed me forward and processed the order without my review or consent! Their $165 retail price appears to be inflated, incorrect and dishonest. Contacted phone number at *******467, but no one answered the phone. Wrote my concerns to a message on their site, and then asked that they please cancel my order, but, it has not been acknowledged yet.
I bought a pair of boots from Tumbledeal when they arrived the size was a mismatch. I called customer service a representative quickly helped. I appreciate being able to call and talk to a person rather than just sending an email.

Answer: The Coach purse we received was a plastic knock-off, even though the one I purchased was advertised as being made out of leather. It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.
