SO FAR - EXCELLENT

Need a little modification

I understand that there was apparently an over-offer of a bag, but I'm not really sure that speaks well for your company. I was very excited to receive mine and can't find one comparable. The concept is great, but I think you should make certain you have enough of the item.

Complete scam. These guys are associated with Quibids - the penny auction site that rips people off. Their products are also fake. Avoid at all costs.

Although I received a quick response to my question, I was surprised that I had not received an email advising me of the cancellation of the order. I discovered it had been cancelled while I was looking for shipping information for my order. I did purchase another handbag, but the price was not as reasonable as the first purchase I made.

Great customer service!

The lady I spoke with was so nice and told me exactly what to do, step by step. Unfortunately, the bag I wanted wasn't in stock as it turned out so I received a refund without having to call or chase people, which is usually the case. I know I can trust this company and the professionals that work there! This experience made a TumbleDeal shopper out of me!
