Although I received a quick response to my question, I was surprised that I had not received an email advising me of the cancellation of the order. I discovered it had been cancelled while I was looking for shipping information for my order. I did purchase another handbag, but the price was not as reasonable as the first purchase I made.
The lady I spoke with was so nice and told me exactly what to do, step by step. Unfortunately, the bag I wanted wasn't in stock as it turned out so I received a refund without having to call or chase people, which is usually the case. It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.
